One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. The location is good. It is very memorable. Continue the good work!

Our room was upgraded with nice view where we can enjoy the musical fountain just in front of Wynn Palace hotel. Breakfast is superb with variety of choices. Location is very strategic which connected to Cotai East station. Definitely worth to revisit again.

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

After the transformation of Sheraton Hotel, the overall decoration of the hotel lobby and the elevator hall of the first floor public area is very beautiful. When you arrive at the accommodation floor, the low-key British style is introduced when the elevator is opened. The room has been upgraded unexpectedly. It is spacious and bright. The details in the room can deeply appreciate the store's attentiveness. The bathroom is very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are all available; there are also a lot of hangers in the cloakroom; the biggest highlight is the massage chair. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus and you can take a taxi between attractions, you still have to walk on your own feet in the attractions, so you can enjoy a massage and rest comfortably after running around the attractions every day. Finally, I have to mention the full-day package at Hampton Court. From breakfast to afternoon tea, to cocktails in the evening, the food variety is very rich and cooked with very fresh ingredients. It's a pity that my stomach can't hold it. In addition, the hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and SPA. Although I didn't have time to experience these, I can leave them as a thought for my next visit to Macau. So the next time I come to Macau, I will still choose Londoner!

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗

The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Additionally, the staff's behavior was not very good and lacked professionalism. Our flight was scheduled for the morning, so the day before, we asked the front counter for advice on where to take a taxi to the airport. The staff provided incorrect information. On the day of our departure, there was a marathon, and the roads were blocked, but we were not informed about this. When we went to the spot the staff had directed us to wait for a taxi, there were no taxis available.We then approached another staff member, who instructed us to go to a different location to find a taxi. My mother, who suffers from severe leg pain, had to walk a long distance to reach the new spot, only to find out it was the wrong direction again. I felt terrible for putting her through that. I hope the hotel can improve staff training to avoid such issues in the future.
