Room is good, overall it worth the price we paid. Found edges of cabinet were sticky, but not something serious. Staff are polite and helpful, but it took more than 20 minutes to deliver us the things we need, asked for vacuum service but took quite long then we called again for it. Our girl was eating egg rolls and it's all over the floor, so the cleaning was something extra we asked for. Baby's amenities were provided for our 2cy/o, just the baby crib we needed to call again for it. After all, the hotel was kind enough to give us a birthday cake for our celebration and offered late check out to us. Thank you. Breakfast buffet was great, with many varieties, Chinese, western, hot, cold, etc. We tried the Andaz Bar too and the drinks there are pretty good too, nice place for friends catchup or business chat.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Hello, I'm Imhyeongwoo who stayed for one night on Oct. 8, 2024. I travel to many countries around the world. I've even stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. But I think St.Regis hotel is the best hotel in the world. I was lucky to have spent my couple's 15th wedding anniversary in Macau. Thank you for leaving me as a happy memory. In particular, I think Chris' kindness will remain as a good memory for me forever. I was really comfortable and happy thanks to Chris during my stay at the St. Regis Hotel. He explained me a lot of information about Macau. He allowed me to experience the best kindness that I can't experience at other hotels. Other guests also expressed their ”best(Thumbs up)” expression when Chris passed by. He is a person who gives a lot of kindness to all the guests. All the guests who meet him are lucky. Thanks to Chris, I will come again because I have a good memory in Macau. Thank you.

I will definitely complain about this hotel on Xiaohongshu and ** accounts. The breakfast in the hotel is so bad that it is outrageous. I spent thousands of dollars a night on hotel breakfast, but I had to queue for 40 minutes, standing there waiting for the chaotic front desk staff to register whether you are a hotel guest, and then after you queue up and go in, you have to check again whether you are a hotel guest. After sitting down, the service staff had no idea what kind of breakfast we should order in which hotel. The management model of modern hotels is that even breakfast is managed in such a mess. It was noisy inside, and the staff were busy and dizzy. I don't know how many guests from different hotels gathered inside to make it so unappetizing to simply go downstairs for breakfast. After breakfast, I waited for almost half an hour for a cup of coffee and hot soy milk. In the end, I was too tired to complain. And that bottle of hot soy milk was just a glass bottle taken out of the cabinet, and it took half an hour. The point is that the breakfast that I ate after almost an hour of trouble was so unpalatable! Disgusting! Disgusting! The wontons in the wonton lo mein were fried at least eight times, and the smell of oil rushed to the top of your mouth. Similarly, the shrimp toast and the peanut sticks were also dipped in butter. I really couldn't eat it, so I ate two fried eggs and a few bites of luncheon meat. A breakfast cost nearly 400 yuan. I might as well go to a tea restaurant for such food. A five-star hotel actually made breakfast like this. It would be more appropriate to just stop breakfast if they are short of staff or can't operate it. I'm also drunk. Next time I won't come again, and I will appeal to my fans on my account not to come, to avoid mines and pits!

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
