Find 4-Star Hotels in Macau

This is my second time staying at Hotel Central, Macau 新中央. Located toght at the center of Macao City, sightseeing spots, shops & restaurants are within 2 min - 15 min walk. Staff services are good. An English speaking housekeeping lady Marian who I met last time still remember my name! I like this hotel even more after I learnt its history and the effort (& money) was put to rejuvenate it. I will definitely stay here next time visit Macau.

it was an okay stay, cute rooms and nice hotel staffs. the rate was similar to grand palace lisboa next to it, yet the shuttle services and breakfast here is lacking much

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.

The ambiance is very nice, very clean and quiet. Perfect for staycation. I did not expect the food for breakfast to be cold and dry, we stayed 3 days and the first breakfast I went 9am so I think thats why its cold but on our second day I went early at about 8am but still the food are cold and dry. The juice are like powdered juice but overall its good.

We had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).

We had a great experience at the Golden Dragon! Pros: - amazing upgraded room - friendly staff - tasty restaurant - free shuttle buses to various sites and casinos Cons: - slow and inadequate WiFi (I couldn't even have a video call for work) - booking included a 10% discount voucher for the Macau Tower, but they didn't give it to us - they wouldn't provide clean coffee cups or a bowl for cereal Definitely recommend if you don't need reliable WiFi.

This hotel is a gem! First, it’s convenient location. You just need to go to the G level of Macao airport and cross. Second, 24 hrs reception. The receptionists were very accommodating. We checked in around 10pm and it’s really fast. Third, it is cleaned every day. The room is very nice, especially the view as you can see it’s overlooking and facing the aircrafts and sea. I would recommend this for those having a red eye flight. There’s a lot of free hotel buses down the airport you can really save a lot. Easy access to restaurants, atm machines and bus stop inside the airport as well. Amenities include: toiletries, hair dryer, mini ref, tv, wifi, hot and cold shower, 4 bottles of water and a free pen and memo pad. There’s no deposit fee required. Checking out is really fast as well :)

Everything was great, except the smoking smell at the corridor of the floor, although it says smoking prohibited but people don’t care, bcoz it’s China so they don’t even care about it. When we arrived for check in the hotel staff told us that they don’t have our booking, I was like ******** , then he told us to contact trip.com CS which is annoying????????? What kind of service is this????? So I will give them a one star!

We loved our stay at Grandview Hotel! 1st of all, the staff especially at the reception were very accommodating. The lobby, hallways, rooms are so clean and big! The hotel is situated in the quiet part of Macau, but there are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants within its surroundings. There's buffet breakfast until 10:30am, so it was really convenient for us to eat even if we woke up late. I think the only thing lacking is that there's no heater in the rooms. But overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to our friends!

Hotel was near the tourist spots and the hotel provided shuttle bus services. Room was clean but the shower curtain had a bad smell. Breakfast options were limited and the food quality could be improved. Overall a good stay. Would stay again but wouldn’t choose the breakfast option.
