Good location, and the smooth check in and out. The staff is consider friendly in Macau. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. The cleaning lady at level 8 is also very helpful. Luggage storage is big help, so I don’t have to carry my luggage around at the bumpy road. 😬

The hotel is good location but a little bit far from subway about 2.1 km. The room is clean and comfortable.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Good location and close to San Malo and Saint Paul ruins as well as the bus stops. The room is also clean and comfortable. With the price it's a good deal.

Good location since it is in the centre of city. Besides, it is so easy to go anywhere as it is in the transportation network area. With the effecient staff so it only takes less than 5 minutes for me to check in. My room was upgraded, it is in a higher floor with a good view to see far distance scenery. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. All the room (facilities) devices: tv, light, air conditioner ... are work well. This is not a big hotel so not much other outside facilities.

Very good ! Service is fantastic. Front desk people are very attentive and helpdul. Location is great.! Several minutes to Senado Square at St. Paul Ruins. Several restaurants nearby.They have free shuttle bus to Border Gate (Gongbei port)..

Stayed here for a trip to Macau and to some casino's in the area. Hotel was in a super good location (about 10 minute walk to the grand lisboa, wynn, etc. and 15 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul). Would stay again!

Great stay and wonderful experience there with my family. The location also near the main tourist spots. Recommended for those who want enjoy their holiday in slow pace. St.Paul ruins is just around the corner.

I paid for additional 50mop for the City view room but when we got there, the room smells cigarette!! Not good for us as we have kids. Great location but not a good service.
