Andaz Properties in Macau

Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay, and I'd like to share an objective review with everyone~ The room wasn't huge, but all the facilities were new and very clean, making for a very comfortable stay. They even proactively offered coloring books for children, which was a lovely little touch. I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast; it was incredibly fresh with a wide variety of options. The dining environment was great, and the staff were attentive. I basically got to try all the Cantonese specialties. The location is superb, just across the road from the Grand Resort Deck. You can cross the road and take the Marriott's internal elevator directly into the park, no need to go the long way around. The hotel lounge offers drinks and small biscuits all day, perfect for relaxing. All staff, including front desk and housekeeping, were gentle, patient, and responded promptly. The only minor drawback: if you want to take a taxi, you can't get one directly at the hotel entrance. You need to take the hotel's free shuttle to the Galaxy Crystal Lobby to transfer, which adds an extra step and can be a bit inconvenient. I'd recommend taking the light rail instead, as the station is very close to the hotel. The ride is excellent, and the scenery along the way is beautiful. All in all, it's very suitable for families with children and highly recommended!
