"From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. "The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast and love the location. It is convenient to go anywhere. Was told we have been upgraded so that was nice. Gym and swimming pool were under maintenance, would be nice if pre-advised earlier please do that. A pleasant stay."

"Room is big but a bit old. Cleanliness is up to standard except the work desk chair / sofa might long time no sanitized or wash coz my skin was allergy after sat on the chair.Overall the hotel is good and worth with this Location is very convenient."

"Room was great and the decoration is superb. My wife and I really enjoyed the room. Big thanks to housekeeping for very good service and granting all of my request. However I felt a bit annoying when I arrived at the lobby during my check in process. I work for night shift and after work I had to prepare everything to surprise my wife for our anniversary. My struggles and sleepless night is unexplainable. When I came to lobby there’s a long queue for check in then when it’s my turn the receptionist didn’t want to continue my check in process since I don’t bring my passport with me, I only have my bluecard and a picture of my passport. Still he didn’t want to accept. I hope he could’ve make atleast consideration. Imagine that I would have to go back again and again and again. I felt so exhausted, tired and annoyed. Hopefully you can do better next time. But also thanks to the Filipino guy in the reception for showing empathy and kind gesture. If you were not there at that time i dont know what to feel. You make my anger a little less.."

"The hotel emailed instructions for bus transport which is easy to understand. Apart from bus, they also have parking space. The hotel is located at south part of Macau with a quiet environment and superb view with the beach. The room was a bit old and humid but the amenities was okay. It was weird that there is no shower curtain in our room (which was present in other reviews). The water was splashed all over the toilet floor no matter how careful we were. Beware 1/F room has very small balcony. I guess 2/F are better. The restaurant is cozy and nice. We had dinner with cocktails. Fair price for Portuguese food. Breakfast buffet was fine with enough to choose from. We enjoyed the environment the most. Just a short 20min walk to reach the Lord Stow's Bakery and Cafe. Great Portuguese tarts!"

"It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau."

"The hardware is relatively simple, but the environment is very good 👍Good service 👍Very satisfactory breakfast 👍The castle hotel with a long history has thick leather on the floor, which is rare and high-end. The set meal in the restaurant downstairs is also very good, but it’s a pity that I didn’t eat it. It is only available from Monday to Friday."
