As a result, I couldn't get through on the phone and couldn't get in touch. There was a problem with the positioning of the phone and I couldn't find the exact route. I finally climbed to Jinding, but I spent an hour looking for this place and was exhausted. The service attitude was OK, but I couldn't comment on the hygiene. The conditions on the mountain were limited. I kept comforting myself like this"

"I had high expectations for the newly opened hotel, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon checking in, I found small insects on the balcony. After contacting the front desk, they kindly helped me change rooms and even upgraded my room. The service was actually quite good. However, it was a bit of a disappointment that I could still see live insects in the new room. Perhaps it's because it's in the mountains; I killed them myself but didn't bother. It felt like the pest control wasn't thorough enough, making my stay a little unsettling. Additionally, an extra 200 yuan deposit was required upon check-in, which is a significant drawback compared to the common practice of waiving deposits in similar high-end hotels. The breakfast was very ordinary, with limited variety. At 7:30 am, many of the hot dishes were cold and tasted terrible."

"A fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Wugong Mountain. In terms of the essentials: the room was clean (including clean towels), stylish (floating bed, large balcony with mountain views, herringbone wood flooring, separate wet and dry bathroom), and overall, it completely exceeded my expectations. In terms of the amenities: the owner proactively upgraded the room type, was warm and considerate, and provided guests with a truly emotionally rewarding experience. He even offered us water upon departure, just in case we got thirsty on the way."

"Lovely hosts, beautiful rooms, and amazing home-cooked food! The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues. In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all. Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs."
