"The hotel pulls itself together only thanks to the water park, to which we had free access. The furniture is surprisingly outdated, although the hotel is new. We wrote to the hotel by email in advance, no one answered. We called a repairman to our room four times to turn off the light, which would not turn off. The repairman never came. We had to turn off the brush ourselves. But the water park is super, it is worth coming for."

"I had a very good stay at Staybridge. The room was nice and the view was amazing. The only downside was that the AC was a bit too cold. Breakfast was good, though it would be even better with more variety, as the options were the same every day. A special shout-out to Zaw at the reception. The check-in process was smooth, and all the information was clearly provided. During our stay, we made several calls and had many requests, and every single one was handled with patience and professionalism. The service was always friendly, never upsetting, and every request was settled perfectly. Thank you, Zaw, for the amazing service and for taking such good care of us during the stay."

"I write this review not as criticism, but as constructive feedback intended to help a relatively new property maintain the standards expected of a luxury hotel. The hotel has many strengths. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are excellent, and the nighttime views are truly spectacular. In-room dining can be slow, but the food quality is consistently good. The wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, are well maintained, and the in-room amenities such as the toothbrush and hairbrush are of notably high quality. Unfortunately, several details detracted from the experience. The most persistent issue was the unpleasant odor throughout the hallways, particularly on the 35th floor. The smell resembled sewage and was noticeable enough that the bathroom in my room felt fresher than the corridors. Housekeeping and hygiene standards also fell short of expectations. One evening, I noticed visible spots on the bedsheet after turning down the bed. At breakfast, I unfolded my napkin only to find a piece of chewed gum from another guest attached to it. Also, while eating labneh, I noticed black speckles on a thyme leaf that raised concerns about the preparation and washing of the greens. Breakfast itself was satisfactory rather than exceptional. The juice selection was excellent and the à la carte options added variety, though the Karak tea lacked the authentic character one would expect in the region. The most significant lapse occurred at departure. My luggage was collected by a bellman and I was assured it would be loaded into my vehicle. Only after I had begun my journey back to Doha did I realize the luggage had been left behind, requiring me to return to the hotel to retrieve it. Rosewood offers many qualities worthy of a luxury stay, but greater attention to cleanliness, operational detail, and guest service consistency is needed to fully meet the standards associated with the brand. Overall…A beautiful hotel with exceptional views, comfortable accommodations, and strong facilities, but one whose finer details currently fall short of its luxury aspirations."
