Nice location. Clean rooms and was nice to check in the room even when we were late

Booked this room with kitchenette hoping to cook some noodles soup for dinner. However, there are no pots/dishes/cutlery/dishwashing liquid available

We loved it because it's an aparthotel style, with a sink, minibar, and stove. The view is beautiful, and it's super close to downtown and the lake—you can walk. And they give you a free public transportation pass for each day of your stay. This saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back.

The room is simple and fresh, the location is excellent, there is a simple stove, it is on the main road, the traffic is a bit noisy, there is a coffee machine downstairs, it is a good choice for a short stay in Lugano
