"We spent three nights at The View Lugano at the end of our two-week Europe trip, and it was truly one of the most spectacular hotels I’ve ever stayed in—if not the most spectacular. The hotel is perfectly named: it sits high on a hill overlooking the stunning Lake Lugano, and the moment we stepped onto our balcony at sunset, the view literally brought my wife to tears. The town itself is charming, intimate, and beautifully quaint—much smaller and more peaceful than Lake Como, which we had also considered for this part of our trip. Choosing Lugano was absolutely the right call. Everything at The View Lugano was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding, the on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the hotel offers a Michelin-starred tasting-menu experience that was unforgettable. Another amazing touch: guests can use complimentary electric cars and smart cars to explore the town. We used them multiple times for dinners and shopping trips, and it made getting around both fun and convenient. The entire property has an incredibly romantic atmosphere, making it the perfect way to end our travels across several countries. We left feeling relaxed, connected, and already dreaming of coming back. I cannot recommend The View Lugano highly enough."

The only regret was staying there for just one night, wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely choose to stay at Luganodante again if we are back. Thank you team! IMPORTANT TIP: please take the funicular - Lugano Città - from the Lugano Stazione to the hotel (just stop outside the hotel, very convenient). If feeling adventurous, proceed to enjoy the walk/hike down to the hotel from the station."

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lunogazha Lake and mountains from the huge balcony. The endless mountains opposite are like "planted" with houses. At night, the lights of thousands of houses are magnificent, and the green mountains, green waters, red tiles and yellow walls, the colorful and beautiful scenery is unparalleled. The breakfast on the second day was varied, colorful and delicious. We ate a lot of salmon and various fruits and vegetables, which made us like it so much that we didn't want to leave. If we hadn't booked a hotel in Lucerne on Ctrip, we would have stayed and enjoyed it. If we come again next time, we will definitely choose this one. After checking out, you can also book a hotel car to take you to the train station."

"Incredible and great value for money, in centre of Lugano - top notch apartment and cleanliness, cleaned daily and everything you need and more- Only thing I would say is only 4 small side plates in kitchen, no sharp knife for bread etc and the tv's - unless you know how to navigate in the last customer's language its hard to use-but in such a beautiful place its not important! Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly"
