"Very nice, old house with its own atmosphere. Aidful and always friendly staff. Rich breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room with views on the Baltic beach. A large shortage is the bathrooms, which are modernised and top-cared, but are not useful for people with reduced mobility or more popular (almost) because of the narrow structures. The door of the shower is so installed that it is restricted when opened by the toilet sofa and thus only a larger divide is open. So you can only sneak (in the best case and with some slim figure) or stay out. That's not going, and it's certainly worth a hotel's note. But it seems to have been built in all rooms of the house."

"Visit the Starwars Outpost One exhibition. Overnight with city bums. A breakfast buffet which is looking for his same. Omelet to wish, beautiful summer terrace, young friendly service team. Rooms quiet. Parking also available. Nice local around the corner, snitzel is a must. In the old customs. Ideal accommodation for a liebeck visit."

"We spent a night at home. Super nice reception, it was taken for us. The facility was very good for us. The room was quite small but lovely furnished and very clean. Great was the proximity to the beach and port where we could eat super fish. At breakfast there was absolutely nothing to challenge, we missed nothing, the choice was absolutely sufficient and attractive. We would like to come back !"

I personally like this better than the masses at the buffet. The location is super, on the trave and near the core of the site. Small but fine. I would certainly book it again."

"This was our main stay of our German road trip so we splashed out on the hotel and to upgrade our room and was not disappointed . The hotel is in a great location on the seafront promenade and is an easy 20 minute walk to the old town centre. The room was spacious with a great indoor seating area and also a patio. Spotlessly clean. It’s a grand old hotel. Staff were excellent, all friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet was extensive and all good quality. Parking was easy, albeit a tad on the expensive side. Big gardens to sit in if you so wish. Plenty of space at end of September but guess it could be busy in peak season. Easy drive to Lubeck to visit or you could bus or train it although the railway was under repair at our time of visit. The bar and restaurant have great views over the promenade/beach/sea. If we ever travel this way again would stay here and will look at other hotels in the group for our next German trip."

"There are rats running around in the hotel hallways, it's absolutely disgusting. I'm going to contact the health department; nobody wants to eat breakfast like this. Another woman saw them too. No wonder, with all the trash in the parking lot."
