I love to experience in heritage hotel 3 Nagas hotel. All services are professional and friendly. Shuttle bus service is included if we want to go out. Near from everywhere to visit. Quiet as we wish. Love this place. Really recommended to all who first time stay in Luangprabang

Great hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang old city. The service was excellent with smiling staff. Breakfast was good and you have to try their restaurant for lunch or dinner. You can use pool and gym of Sofitel hotel, going there with complementary bike. High recommended!

Perfect location, wonderful staff and the ability to access other Sofitels hotel was an added bonus

Really lovely hotel in a great location with excellent and attentive staff. Breakfast was wonderful. The only issue is that the rooms are very old/historical, so the floors are very squeaky and there is very little natural light.

A very well located hotel to explore the old town. Very comfortable, but with limited amenities (guests are able to use the amenities at the Sofitel though). The hotel staff were phenomenal - very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, but could be improved with some more authentic local options (the local options on the menu were small and very bland, i.e. limited herbs and spice).

Superb vibes and location

Superb location in the city centre area. Nice room but a little noisy from outside. All the staff here are very friendly. Appreciated the wonderful service and warm hospitality of all the staff here: Bird, Keo, Wan, Te, Saeng & Mim. I truly enjoyed the stay here.

Excellent location, next to Wat Xieng Thong and Foreigner Street, it is so pleasant to live here for a free trip. Luang Prabang is not big, and several attractions are within walking distance. The morning alms are right at the door. I like breakfast very much. It provides a menu for ordering. You can choose Laos (Vietnamese rice noodles are delicious, porridge is also delicious) or Western (egg bacon sausage, etc.). Fruit bread, juice, coffee and tea are all provided. The taste is first-class quality, and the plate is beautiful. Every day's breakfast is a time of enjoyment, which is definitely a plus. Free bicycles are a good helper for us to travel around Luang Prabang. You can also go to the sister hotel Sofitel to enjoy the swimming pool. The service staff is also very nice and smiling. It happened to be the Water Splashing Festival, and the hotel also gave waterproof bags and water guns. The problem is that it is relatively old. The room style is old and the furniture is slightly simple. The bathroom is small and splashes. The roof dripped inexplicably in the last two days. But considering that it is an old house over a hundred years old and there are so many advantages above, I still highly recommend living here.

Very distinctive hotel 🏨 The breakfast is particularly rich, the service staff is very friendly, it is about five minutes away from Xiangtong Temple, and the Royal Palace Museum is also very close to the hotel (5 minutes walk). I asked for a room with a good view and a high floor in advance, but when I arrived, I was assigned a room on the first floor, the side room. I asked several times but they didn't change it. The breakfast was good, authentic American breakfast
