The front desk was super rude to us implying that we didn’t belong here. The lobby is separated from the actually rooms. We had to walk down the street. Very deceiving. The lobby was really nice but the rooms were just ok. Not worth the value for me and the service is poor.

The location is fantastic - one of the best in all of LP. Room was big, clean and well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Service was well-intended, but staff were not really well enough trained to handle issues or special requests effectively. The restaurant was average at best, especially when compared to the value for money available almost everywhere else.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location! We had a nice spacious room and they were very accommodating. It was easy to extend our stay and keep the same room.

We extended our stay for a few more days and found it to be the best value hotel nearby. The location is perfect (on the main street of the old town), the room is spacious, has a bathtub, and the decor is thoughtful. Aside from the small pool (due to renovations) and the somewhat basic breakfast, everything else was absolutely fantastic.
