🇱🇦Downtown Hostel in Luang Prabang Laos
This place is really good for solo traveller or a backpackers. They have 1 room with 2 beds ( Superior Twin Room ) and it cost around $22 and Dormitory Type -8 /6 /4 Mixed and it cost around $6 per night.
I booked my room in Trip.Com with 1 room Superior Twin Room. This is 22 sqm room, beds are comfortable. Plugged outlet beside the beds . It has working table and a chair. Metal rack to hang the clothes. Wifi and a router available in the room , internet was not the best but as traveler must have your own internet data.
The area closed to Mekong river side - near to cafe and restaurants. Breakfast included so must choose to their menu. It is nearby the temple for tak bat/ alms giving and also the night market.
The lady receptionist is very accommodating and good customer service.

The hostel initially had trouble finding my booking but after that it was fantastic. I had a really nice room, the hostel was very clean, there was a good atmosphere and the staff were really helpful with recommendations and booking tours and tickets.

We really enjoyed this Hostel when we stayed for 3 nights. Staff are laid back and helpful. Free hot water, tea and coffee, cold water at all times of the day. The stay included free breakfast where you could pick from omlette & bread, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, banana pancakes & noodle soup. Free fruit (banana, dragon fruit and watermelon) was also provided. There was a pool table and books to read. The dorms were quiet, beds were comfortable and curtains for privacy (although some curtains were broken on some of the beds). There was aircon, a ceiling fan and also individual fans. We got our laundry done here which was the cleanest we’ve had since being away. Only downside is the cleanliness. The dining tables were not cleaned for breakfast time so they were sticky from beer / drinks being spilt the night before & the floors in the living areas gathered a lot of dirt which was not great when you had to remove your shoes before entering them. Other than this we had a good stay and would stay again.

Stayed for a few nights with some friends. The staff was really friendly and helped with everything that we needed, motorbikes and such things. The dorms have comfy beds and clean. We stayed in a dorm that had its own bathroom, so it was of course nice. But the community bathrooms were good too! And ofcourse always a plus that is close to the food - and night market!
