A bloody lesson! Avoid black shops! The facilities are dilapidated, the boss is blackmailing, and my passport has been confiscated! I sincerely advise all friends who come to Laos for tourism not to choose this hotel! The following is my personal experience of stepping on a landmine, every word of which is true: 1️⃣ **The location is remote and the facilities are like ruins** The hotel is hidden in the wilderness, there is not even a convenience store nearby, and it is difficult to call a taxi. The room was not cleaned for several days in a row, the towels had a disgusting musty smell, and even basic toiletries were not provided! The bath water was hot and cold, and there were frequent power outages at night, making it feel like experiencing a "primitive survival game". 2️⃣ **Car rental trap, boss malicious blackmail** The worst is the electric car rental scam! The bike I rented broke down as soon as I rode it out on the first day. I had to push the bike for 3 kilometers to repair it at my own expense. On the second day, the transmission broke down when I was going uphill, and I was trapped in the wilderness with no signal and no one to call for help! What’s even more outrageous is that the boss insisted that “the damage was caused by riding uphill” and forced me to pay a sky-high repair fee of 1.5 million Laotian Riels (about 500 RMB), otherwise his passport would be confiscated! When arguing, he has a scoundrel attitude and completely refuses to communicate. 3️⃣ **Black-hearted tactics, personal safety is not guaranteed** The boss rented out the vehicle even though he knew there was something wrong with it, and then shirked responsibility afterwards. It was obvious that he was deliberately trying to cheat people out of their money! Confiscating passports involves threats. Unless the documents are urgently needed, we will never compromise!

I checked in here for one day immediately after arriving in the city, but it turned out that the location is not very convenient. In terms of cleanliness and other amenities, everything is very average, but not bad. The only thing is, it is better not to stay in rooms on the first floor. When I checked in, a large spider was waiting for me in the bathroom in such a room))

Must give a five-star rating. Boss Chen is very nice. It is suitable for Chinese friends to find accommodation. He helped me a lot with renting a car, changing money, and finding a bus van. It can be said that it has greatly solved some problems in Laos.

The hotel location is not good and above all, it seems to lack the facilities that a hotel should have. There is no refrigerator and no water cups. I don't want to go there again.
