I had a great stay for three days thanks to the host's consideration and hospitality.

Room looked not finished, it had holes in the roof. Other rooms looked better. The very very bright lamp sometimes made a crackling sound and was flickering. Bed was just a steel frame with loose wooden planks on it. Matras was very worn out. It had holes and bumps in it. Not comfy at all, slept not good for 4 nights and have backpain now. Bedsheet was loose and had dirt on in. Blanket and pillows were comfy tho. The adress in the description lead us to wrong place and the name of the guesthouse was not in Google maps. We had to walk 30 min extra with our backpacks because of that. It was very noisy, owners talking loudly in the mornings and evenings. Had a big worm and big spider in the room. 30 min walk to the centre, but we could rent a nice electric scooter. Owner could not speak English but was friendly and we communicated good through Google translate. AC worked good and bathroom looked new. Hot water was just a little bit warmer than cold. Would not stay here again.

Really nice, clean, comfy room with hot water in the shower (given some patience) and cold A/C. It's quite far from attractions in Luang Prabang but that's ok if you want to burn some extra calories.

The room we had was very spacious! Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom! The shower was great too! 15/20min walk to the restaurants and bars so not to bad! Was slightly difficult to find on arrival as it’s not on google maps! But overall great stay! Thank you!

I had a very comfortable time in this place. What amazed me the most was the service provided by the host. He offered me a bigger room than the one I booked, then in the evening took me to the downtown and back by scooter (I didn’t want to walk in the dark on my first night), and in the morning he took me to a bike rental and helped to get the best deal. Very kind and friendly! The room was great, spacious and quiet, well-maintained and clean. I also could do my laundry for free, and dry my clothes at the backyard. The location is tad remote from the downtown but I preferred it this way, tranquil and more local. Also, there’s an amazing pizza place on the same street, you have to check it out! Wishing the best of luck to the owners!
