Decent Stay with a Few Trade-Offs The hotel is in an okay location—about a 5-minute drive from the Mekong River and its main attractions. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but one unique experience is the alms-giving ceremony in the early morning around 5:30 AM. Since there’s a temple close by, you can watch the monks walk by right outside the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and cleaned daily. They come with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which is a plus. The hotel also offers complimentary bikes for guests, making it easier to get around. However, the rooms are not soundproof. If you’re in the main building, expect to hear other guests having meals or moving around throughout the day. The noise can be an issue, especially in the mornings. Also, while the staff is helpful, the lack of nearby dining options or attractions means you’ll likely need to travel a bit for food and entertainment. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay if you’re okay with some noise and don’t mind venturing out for meals and activities.

There is no additional breakfast replenishment, even though it is advertised as a buffet. 🙁 The room door is broken, can’t lock 😕

There are pros and cons about this place. Let's go with cons, in a alley way , Google map can't find it, I called for 30/35 minutes no one answered the call, these is a construction going on in the property and property opposite ( if you are looking for a sleep late into morning ( forget it) construction starts 7:30/8:00 am , breakfast is served in the room ( day one with breakfast they served butter and ham as well ( day 2 none ) I asked and was told they ran out ( don't have - exact words ) I toms the reception about butter and jam( wa stone should be there next day ( the breakfast came no butter and jam - was told don't have ) I said go ask the front desk and then they got it ( by the time I am done with my breakfast ( they don't replenish toiletries ) I had to specifically ask for it( toilet paper is like a shredded paper ( not easy to use ) the view from the balcony is from the property that is opposite ( view is Villa Oasis) next door . Pros - the front desk is helpful , they have bicycle for you to take and ride , they help you with your and travel and laundry , portion of breakfast is decent enough (choice of western and local ) but must tell them the time ( breakfast served on room and has to be pre booked , very close to night market , but 17 min walk from the Mekong river side ( night market famous for food) rooms are pretty big ( some with balcony ) Overall till the time the construction doesn't get over with the property and the property opposite o would suggest to stay away from this place as they start early morning banging around 7:30ish And the amenities are cheap which is use and throw and they don't replenish ( good place of you love eating as night market is close by) I am not a backpacker ( hence I won't ever consider staying in this place every again )

The worker sinhdy at the fronk desk is welcoming, she gave us lots of help and information for this trip, I really appreciate it.

Excellent hotel! 10/10 ⭐️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

Really lovely accommodation. Pricier than others for what you get but you can use the free bicycles. A bit strange that they don’t have hand towels so that was frustrating. Enjoyed the local breakfast.

Excellent Hotel in Luang Prubang,recently refurbished so all the facilities are clean and well presented. Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. The selection and quality of the Breakfast is good too. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is smaller than expected, the room is spacious, the balcony is cozy, and it is a certain distance away from the tourist gathering area, which is quieter and more comfortable. It can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Chinese people, don't stay at this hotel! They have a very bad attitude towards Chinese people. Actual situation 1. After you arrive, they will tell you to live in another building without a garden for various reasons. You will think that the goods are not what they claim to be. 2. The shower is half cold water for 3 consecutive days. Are you comfortable? 3. If you want a cheap and good environment, there are a lot of other places nearby. If you want to have an unhappy trip, stay here. Pictures speak the truth

First of all, the most important thing is hygiene. The most important thing when staying in a hotel is hygiene. The newly changed bed sheets are as shown in the picture. The bathroom has a stench from the small waterway. The floor is covered with dust after walking barefoot for a few steps. There are floating objects on the swimming pool. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. The snoring in other rooms can be heard. Each room faces the public swimming pool, so it is very noisy and the privacy is not good. As for the service, there is only one guy and a lady at the front desk to check in. So if there is someone in front of you, you have to wait for the person in front to solve all the problems before you can come. The lady's attitude is also very bad. Because the hotel experience is not good and the rest is not good, this trip is a very bad experience.
