環境很不錯，但是服務實在是太太太太差了。在大廳門口踩空摔倒甚至沒有一個工作人員過來扶一把或者問一下情況。問前台有沒有創可貼或者急救綳帶冰袋之類的，衹給我兩個很小的創可貼，可是我的傷口創面太大了根本貼不了那麼小的創可貼。作為一個連鎖酒店沒有一點點應對突發狀況的能力，太差勁了，連冰塊都是我主動要了前台讓我自己去餐廳要，真是可笑，服務意識為0
