Again the answer was low, so we asked if we could check out early and get the refund for the second night since the hotel was full, we thought he could refund and sell the room again. Unfortunately also this has been refused, so we asked assistance from *********** who said that safety is priority and we’ll get a refund for the second night. Unfortunately, we lost €210."
