Convenient location, parking is not free even of you stay at the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is nearby wing stop, 7-11.

Good location, easy car park, great service and polite staff

The hotel was very clean and in a good location, just a 10-minute drive from Santa Monica Beach. There is a 7-Eleven next door, so you can stay here without any inconvenience. There were no problems with the facilities, but there were almost no amenities. (Shampoo, treatment, and body soap were provided, which was very nice.)

The front desk was very friendly, but that was the only bright spot. The surroundings were not very convenient, and public transportation was a bit far away. The worst thing was that the sound insulation was really poor! The sound of the sewer, the sound of people walking upstairs, and the sound of the corridor were clearly audible in the middle of the night. I will never choose this place again, avoid it!

I didn't take any pictures because I was very tired, but everything from the front desk to the room was great, and the accommodation conditions were impeccable.

Nice hotel not far from Santa Monica Beach and Beverly Hills. Basic concept, but you pay for it. Quiet neighborhood. Rooms are unfortunately noisy.

1. A hotel that costs nearly 2,000 per night. No bathrobes/no mineral water (not even for paid guests), no slippers (I understand that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the United States, but it is outrageous that they do not even provide slippers), no coffee/coffee machine/tea (I traveled on the West Coast for 15 days, and all the hotels I stayed in provided them, even motels!) 2. The service was ridiculously rubbish. The public water dispenser in the corridor was broken for a whole day, and the front desk only had one answer to this-we have found someone to fix it. I asked them if this is the case, how do the employees drink water? No answer 3. The room is close to the main road and is very noisy. The sound insulation in the corridor between the rooms is so poor that you can hear the footsteps of others passing by (I am famous for being a big-headed person) and you can even hear clearly what the couple next door are talking about. 4. The lighting in the room is terrible! Finally, I rarely give bad reviews in all these years of going out. I basically don’t have time. This time it is really speechless! Whoever goes there will be unlucky

The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to go to UCLA, the beach, shopping, and eating. However, the hotel facilities are just average, with only the most basic ones.

The room is large, clean and tidy. It can accommodate 4 people. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the famous beach and there are many places to eat. The most valuable thing is that there is a parking lot for parking.
