"Great location, very nice rooms, and good service in the bar. Checking in takes some getting used to, but it went very smoothly. Perfect for one night, but for a longer stay, we would prefer a larger room."

"I stayed there alone for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The room was very large and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, with a train station directly opposite. The hotel has a pub, and fortunately, the doors are well soundproofed, so you don't hear a thing."

"We slept in hotel Maien during our trip to Italy. We arrived very late because of all the stops with our toddler but everything was arranged and we could settle down right away. Administration would come tomorrow... It was a beautiful big clean room, and the view was really great. Holiday feeling was complete. The breakfast was perfect, our daughter got her own cup of 'coffee' (hot milk) and it was super cozy. Our dog was with us and we didn't even charge for that, we often don't feel very welcome with a dog but here we definitely do. In addition, the parking spaces were full upon arrival and this was also resolved immediately. For our next trip to Italy we don't have to look for a place to stay and we make sure we are a bit earlier so that we can enjoy it longer!!!"

"Terrible client service, if you have a problem with your booking, don't expect them to help. I called the hotel to modify my booking, in order to add 1 person to my reservation. For some unknown reason, the Queen size bed room I have booked, could not accommodate 2 people. Also they were unable to cancel my existing booking to book another room which could accommodate 2 people. Their solution was to book 2 different rooms. Seriously ?"

"Facilities: It is very complete. This hotel is a sports hotel. Not only the rooms are good, but there are also many places worth visiting around it. It is inclusive, with badminton halls, tennis halls, etc. It is really great. The sanitary conditions are very good, adhering to the German hotel habits, and are much better than many five-star hotels in our country. Needless to say, the environment is incomparable. There were not many service staff, very few. In fact, I only saw two people, but they were very enthusiastic. I'm also happy to help others, I give 5⭐."
