"As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was amazed. Xiaoyun helped pull the luggage. The strong grotto cultural atmosphere came. The modern design and local culture were perfectly integrated. The fragrance was fresh and the music was soft, which instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey. The front desk lady who received us was super warm and caring, the check-in was efficient and neat, and we took the initiative to upgrade the high floor for us, and the welcome fruit was sent intimately. The room exceeded expectations! The space is spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the curtains with excellent shading effect are equipped to sleep until dawn. The bathroom is designed for dry and wet separation, complete toiletries, sufficient and stable hot water, every corner is cleaned, no smell, comfortable living The breakfast is rich in variety, freshly cooked wontons, noodles and special snacks made on site are authentic, fresh fruits, ingredients are fresh and delicious, and you can eat and enjoy the scenery while sitting by the window. "The hotel has a good location and good environment and facilities. It is convenient to go out for sightseeing and tasting delicious food. Across the street are the internet-famous snack shops Yang Aizhen and Wang Agai, as well as the Longyou Steamed Cake Street. The service in particular deserves three praises. When I checked in at the hotel during the National Day holiday, there was no meal when I made the reservation, so I asked the front desk about the nearby breakfast shop. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced it and directly delivered four breakfasts, which deserves the first praise. After dinner in the evening, I took a walk around the Da Nanmen Historical and Cultural District and returned to the hotel. As I was tired from driving, I planned to rest early. However, the TV in the next room was quite loud, so I asked the hotel front desk to help convey my request to lower the volume or turn off the TV. Soon the TV volume turned down and then turned off after a while. There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible. I wish the hotel business is prosperous and good people are blessed!"

"I booked a tea garden room specifically because the garden is right outside, perfect for taking photos if the weather is cool. The booking also includes bicycles and town entrance tickets, but it was too hot to use them. The hotel service is excellent; there's no need to worry about getting a taxi. They offer a shuttle service to the station; just make sure to book a day in advance. Last night, I encountered a large mosquito net, and even though it was late, the front desk lady came to bring me mosquito coils. The duty manager was also amazing. A must-try for anyone visiting Longyou."
