"Quiet, I like the room with a courtyard. We went during the Spring Break, and experienced the feeling of being pampered by the group during off-peak hours. The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that the hot water in our room came out too slowly and the wifi signal was not stable enough. There is afternoon tea at the top of the mountain, and the residential garden and museum can be reached by walking from the riverside greenway. I chose this place mainly for its peaceful atmosphere. **Service:** Decent, quite satisfied. Staff members Xiao Zeng and Xiao Shao provided meticulous service and had a great attitude. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I was very happy with my stay. I genuinely recommend it. **Sarana Lifestyle Aesthetics Space Coffee Experience Voucher:** Excellent. I stayed for 3 days and had 3 cups of coffee. It's just over 1km away, and the environment is quite unique!"

"I went to Liuchun Lake in Longyou with my family, choosing this place based on reviews, but we were extremely disappointed. The entire guesthouse was empty except for the owner's younger brother, who was minding the shop, and an auntie who cooked. We booked several days in advance, but there was no prior communication as mentioned online. Meals were 80 yuan per person per meal, and they made whatever was available, with no fresh ingredients—everything was heated from the refrigerator. The shrimp was spoiled and sour, so we returned it on the spot. The braised pork with preserved vegetables was served cold and hard, barely heated in the microwave. The Qingming cake was also hastily heated and left to cool down by the time we ate it. In the mountain weather, it was almost zero or one degree Celsius, and the dinner was chilling. The room was extremely cold at night; the air conditioner was barely effective. The two elderly people tossed and turned all night, and even with the heater on in the middle of the night, it was still freezing. When they woke up in the morning, both of them, in their sixties, had icy hands and feet, saying they felt cold even while using the bathroom during the night. The other room was extremely hot, with the air conditioning and heater set to full blast, resulting in eight or nine bedbugs and bees swarming around the room all night. I barely slept a wink. The roof was overgrown with weeds, and the swimming pool was dry—completely different from the photos. The experience was terrible. The owner's brother was very kind, bringing mosquito coils and a heater when I asked for them in the middle of the night, and even some fruit. But spending over 800 yuan on a guesthouse like this is probably the worst experience I've had in over a decade of travel. I hope Ctrip's ratings will be more objective, fair, and based on facts. Take a look at the 80 yuan per person dinner and the bugs in the room."
