Premier Inn London Waterloo (Westminster Bridge) Hotel Reviews

This hotel has great location, decent size clean room, but very few amenities in the room and the hotel. There is no fridge, no safe, no gym and no laundry room. So if you are looking for something simple, this hotel is good when the price is right.

Most staff awesome, one or two didn’t know what they were doing on the check in counter. What an amazing view and a good breakfast! Thanks

The accommodation is very good, the transportation is very convenient, then I can sleep freely in this room, then the sound is also relatively low, very good experience, next time I will come back.

i was VERY disappointed that the hotel advised me a much cheaper rate than i paid with Trip.com. When i got the invoice, it showed a rate much cheaper than what i paid to Trip.com.

Very convenient transportation

There is no electric iron, and there is a smell in the room. You can't open the window to let out the smell. You can only take charge after 3 o'clock. Except for the location near Big Ben, everything else is normal.

The toilet smells a bit stuffy, but the bed has one big and one small

We stay at premier inns all over the country. They are all excellent value for money and this was no exception. However we particularly wanted to stay at this one as my husband was born here at the Lying In Hospital in 1948. We stayed in a room on the 10th floor with a view of the London Eye. Very quiet. We did wonder if we were the only guests! On leaving a staff member showed how to see the original part which was absolutely fascinating. There was a history of the hospital and framed photographs. The beautiful original tiles were still there. I would recommend the new Weatherspoons at Waterloo station for a lovely breakfast.

Room - Amazing view from room, very clean, comfy beds, quiet. Location - great location a few minutes walk from London eye. Very central. Food - we stayed for breakfast only. Was very nice, hot and always stocked up. Staff - friendly and helpful and go out of their way for you. Helped with directions and decorated our room for my goddaughters 13th birthday. Also kept our luggage for us on arrival and departure. Highly recommend

This hotel is not at all what is pictured online and is not deluxe or quaint in any way. Location is very good but it is on a busy street. Lower rooms facing street noisy. The rooms are extremely small. First room was so tiny we could not walk around the bed with our luggage at the foot of the bed. Tiny desk with chair in corner and a small cubby with 3 hangers in it. We were able to change rooms. Second room slightly larger but right outside elevator. Corridor fire door closed with a hard thud every time it closed. Late comers left us being awakened all hours of the night. Still no place to unpack your things let alone store luggage and no luggage rack. This room did have a slightly bigger desk and could fit an additional chair so we lived out of luggage propped on chairs for 5 days. Both rooms Bathrooms were modern larger room had a very high tub and Hair dryer attached to mirrored wall outside the bathroom on very short cord made drying hair a little difficult. Carpets could have been cleaner. Front desk, restaurant and bar Staff were excellent friendly and helpful. We paid for morning breakfast. Reasonably priced ample selection and good quality, tasty food and drinks. Overall knowing what I know now, I’d give it another try but ai would be in direct contact with them prior to my stay requesting a larger room on highest floor with a window facing the Eye away from the elevator. Deal breaker otherwise if not possible.

I recently stayed at this Premier Inn because of its close proximity to where I needed to be and the hotel itself was clean and just what you might expect from a premier inn, but the gentleman who helped with my early check in was very good and also when I went to restaurant the waiter ADIL (I believe) was very polite and helpful - he also supported the same football team as me which was good too..... even if not their recent results.... good job Team Waterloo!

Although the exterior is a little uninspiring, the location is excellent with helpful staff on hand to assist with check-in. We had a really comfortable and quiet corner room with great views; excellent sound-proofing meant that we heard no traffic noise and had a great nights' sleep.
