Had a lovely date night here. Annamarie was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a king size room when we’d only booked a queen! The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Delicious free biscuits and hot chocolate added to our stay.

Good friendly service by all the staff. Good location and comfy rooms. Although a little old but it’s still within acceptable level. Nice entrance Lobby and really enjoyed great drinks at the Pub down called The Pickled Hen

This is average of London hotel quality, can’t compare with modern city which have went outside European country.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, with poor facilities and service. It was written that I should check in at 3 o'clock, but they didn't say that there was a room available until 4 o'clock that day. On the first night, the air conditioner was broken and the room smelled bad (not sure if the sheets were changed). After I asked to change the room, the front desk didn't even check any system and said that there was no room to change. The attitude was very bad and discriminatory. Even after Ctrip platform intervened and agreed to change the room, when I came back from going out, the front desk continued to change the room and claimed that the air conditioner in other rooms was also broken, so there was no need to change. The communication from 4 o'clock in the afternoon to 11 o'clock in the evening on the same day was still fruitless. I should have studied abroad for many years and can communicate fluently in the language, but I still negotiated many times to no avail (there were several service staff at the front desk who were very mean and spoke with discrimination). If it was a compatriot who couldn't communicate fluently during travel, I don't know how much they would be bullied.

As for foreign hotels, you can't expect too much. The advantage of this hotel is that the location is good. It is very close to the core area of ​​the city, including Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. You can walk along the main road of Hyde Park. Buckingham Palace can be reached in about half an hour if you are willing to walk a little longer. The room is relatively small, but it is clean. The room is very winding and it takes a while to find it after coming out of the elevator. The service is OK, but the breakfast is not delicious.

The worst time was in room 128. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The service attitude was poor. I asked for a room transfer and was told that it was fully occupied. Just one sentence: I can’t do anything for you now.

Booked a 1.5 twin room, 3 people live with the child, the room is clean and tidy, and it is considered spacious.
