"A hostel created with passion. For the low price, I didn't expect much; it seemed impossible to provide decent conditions for less than half the price of a hotel. It's rare to be so pleasantly surprised! The bathroom was fine, there was a place to prepare meals, and even a TV in the room. An extension cord would be useful to easily charge your phone. Łódź is definitely worth visiting more often, even if your budget is rather tight. A very nice and safe place, I recommend it!"

"Arden Hotel has been a very comfortable and stylish base for our 10 day stay in Lodz. Close to both Piotrkowska shopping street and all the attractions at Manufaktura. Situated in a quiet, safe area, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Secure parking is available onsite. The spacious room exceeded our expectations, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Delicious breakfast to suit a wide range of tastes and dietary needs is definitely worthwhile. We ate at the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions; enjoying Polish cuisine served by attentive, English speaking staff: Ania and Oliwia. "

"Very dirty, dust everywhere - obviously not wiped off for weeks. Dirty carpet. Very poor finish, bathroom fittings so dirty that I didn't feel like taking a shower. Standard breakfast, but with very poor ingredients. The room was large and comfortable, but due to the dirt and embarrassing condition, I did not want to spend time in it. The outdoor area is full of garbage bags. The price does not match the quality offered. The pool is ok, the lifeguard is polite, but he sits behind the door - in a crisis, there is little chance of a proper response. Cardboard boxes at the entrance, a ping-pong table folded in half. Overall impression: a previous era at a price similar to decent chain hotels. I won't come back, I don't recommend it."

"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!"

"Hotel is very nice, but restaurant on 1st floor is horrible. Food quality is really good. Sadly, but Staff does not know what service is, they have not been even close to it. They can spoil all your evening. Hotel I recommend, but never go to restaurant on 1st floor. Especially try to avoid waiter named Marcin."

"Superb outside, even better inside! This aparthotel is the perfect spot for both shorter and longer stays in Łódź. The extremely friendly staff (greetings to the gentleman at the reception), beautiful interiors, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable mattress and pillows (I wish I had them at home), good amenities (I only missed tea cups), and a great location (very close to public transportation and Piotrkowska Street). If I ever find myself in Łódź again, I will definitely stay in the same place. Highly recommended! "

"We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category."

"Lodz is also a small city. The hotel has its own parking lot for 60PLN a day. The breakfast is quite rich and the ingredients are relatively fresh. The hotel room was nice, clean and tidy, with bottled water and small biscuits."
