This homestay is very well protected by the old walls outside, the rooms inside are too comfortable, the restaurant bar is in the same large space, I like the particularly atmospheric lobby very much. Each building has a small courtyard, the outdoor platform is completely paradise on earth, the infinite river and grassland are in front of you, is the best place to take pictures and punch in. The staff said that there was a black tent next to it, but did not go to see it. It was too comfortable to sit on the outdoor terrace and have a cup of coffee. I didn't want to move. I especially wanted to talk about the service. The service attitude of every staff member is really very good. The waiters are local and see their smiles at any time. The breakfast is also very exquisite and tastes good. The manor has all-natural hot springs that they provide for free. The floor of the room we checked into was very dusty and many traces of hair from.orevious guests! It was all over, on the bedroom floor, window, bathroom and shower.. I requested them to vacuum the floor and they did. Then I got a sec ere headache from altitude. I couldn't sleep through the might be of the main reasons I booked the hotel because they provided Oxygen machibe in the room. U fortunately ours was not working. Went to the reception at around 3ish am and she gave me an oxygen canister. Which helped a little bit. I also booked a more expensive room to get a more spacious room and better view. Unfortunately I had the worst view of all!. It was my only window facing a rooftop with all the cables and metals. The following day my guide called the manager at least 3x to speak to him and share the concerns but the manager didn't answer and never returned the call. Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.

The room is spacious and bright, with big windows. The front desk service is enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us arrange or upgrade a quieter room. There are indoor and outdoor parking lots. The floor heating is very comfortable and not cold at all. There is a humidifier. The breakfast is very good, noodles, steamed cakes, white fungus porridge, and milk all taste good. It snowed at night, so the planned Genyen South Line was not completed. I will stay here again next time I go there.
