I would not know where to start. Book in April 2022 for August. They confirmed my reservation but apparently they made a mistake with the price and instead of a double room with a bathroom they put a quadruple room with a shared bathroom. They called me when I was on the train on my way to Madrid to fly to Lisbon telling me that either I had to pay €100 more or I would stay in the room to share or go outside. When I made the reservation I did not choose this accommodation because of the price, more or less all of them had a similar price but over time they have gone up and they did not accept their mistake. After a long time negotiating with them and with booking, I could not do more than pay the increase in the reservation. When we arrived at the accommodation we saw how deplorable it was, the building could not have more garbage and could be older and poorly maintained. They gave us what they called the suite because it was the only room with a private bathroom. The room is old, dirty and with two tiny and uncomfortable beds. There was a used condom in the bathroom trash can, the towels had holes in them, and there was no toilet paper. When we went to ask, we were locked in the room because the key was very old, like everything else, and it broke inside the lock. We called through a door inside our room to the next-door neighbor so he could notify the manager. They opened it for us and said they would fix the lock the next day. We complained about the cleanliness and the person in charge of the accommodation, who was there, told us that coincidentally that day she had been the only one who did not check the cleanliness, curious. The next day they did not clean the room, even though they charge you extra for cleaning. The lock had not been fixed at midday, we were able to close the room to be able to leave, something is something. At night it was fixed. The noise is very annoying, they have a very old refrigerator, thank goodness, they only turn it on in the morning, although very early and it makes a very loud noise. The shower barely has hot water and is tiny. My advice: under no circumstances should you stay in this hole and the person who stayed in the room in the photo tells you so, don't be fooled, it's not what it seems.
