"An unpleasant smell persists as soon as the front door is opened, smell of mold, musty. This continues in 2 of the 4 rooms reserved, very strong smell of rising sewer at the sink/shower, and absence of shower screen for one of the 4 rooms. Too bad, the place is easy to access, the equipment for the common kitchen seems good and efficient. A BIG effort to make regarding the smell!!! An unpleasant smell persists as soon as the front door is opened, a musty, moldy odor. This continues in 2 of the 4 rooms booked, with a very strong smell of rising sewage in the washbasin/shower area, and the absence of a shower screen in one of the 4 rooms. Too bad, the place is easy to get to, the shared kitchen facilities seem good and efficient. BIG effort to be made in terms of odor!!! Ein unangenehmer Geruch hält sich hartnäckig, sobald man die Eingangstür öffnet, Schimmelgeruch, muffig. Dies setzt sich in 2 der 4 gebuchten Zimmer fort, sehr starker Geruch nach Abwasser im Bereich des Waschbeckens/Dusche und keine Duschwand für eines der 4 Zimmer. Schade, der Ort ist leicht zu erreichen, die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche scheint gut und leistungsfähig zu sein. BIG Anstrengungen müssen unternommen werden, um den Geruch zu reduzieren!"

"We were 2 nights in the hotel and were on the way with the motorcycle overnight and we used the half-pension and the wellness area in the evening. Our first room was quite remote, the first look to the roof: fungus. In addition, no mirror in the bathroom. We asked for another room directly, but you couldn't do anything booked for the second night possible. The next morning the next surprise in the bathroom, there was water on the ground, probably out of the toilet. In the evening we were able to offer another room, a simple double room in the top floor, without air conditioning, without lift. As the hotel overall has come quite in the years, but otherwise clean and clean. The dinner was two times a buffet. The selection was large enough with pre-food and after-food. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is rather at the imbiss level. The breakfast was only OK, there was no more touching one hour before the end of the breakfast time and although this was seen, it was only made on request what. The sauna was very hot and we liked it very well, as well as the swimming pool. The wellness area with a rest zone is small and not very lovely designed, in the outer lighting you could at least cover the empty basin. The promised sauna towels on the site are only the normal larger showers, but not large enough to be called sauna towels. Although you can take several without problems, the description of the site is not correct. Unfortunately, we did not get upgrade or financial receipt through the hotel. Unfortunately this short leave was not to our satisfaction. The hotel had announced to sign up again, unfortunately this was not happened 2 weeks later"

"Our first stop on our road trip through Northern Europe and Scandinavia. The owner/manger was very welcoming and we were shown to a lovely spacious room. I have never stayed where there was such a large bathroom, huge bath and separate shower. The bed was very comfortable too. We had dinner there and chose to eat outside as it was a lovely evening. It was extremely busy even though it was a Thursday so suggest you book.Breakfast was very good too, plenty of choice and the waitress asked us if we wanted any eggs etc. This was our first stop but will always be my favourite and would love to return here to this great hotel and town."
