"The location is excellent. Although it's not in the city center, it's a 20-minute drive to the Red Flag Canal Memorial Museum, 45 minutes to Youth Cave, and 15 minutes to the highway exit. Some rooms even offer views of the Taihang Mountain sunset. It's definitely a top choice for self-driving travelers. The surrounding area is still under development, so dining and supermarket facilities aren't fully established yet, but food delivery is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast isn't extravagant but certainly satisfying, with options like spicy soup (Húlàtāng), noodles, and rice vermicelli. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are comprehensive. I used the gym's treadmill and the self-service laundry and dryer, which were great! The free, unlimited coffee in the hotel lobby is absolutely the icing on the cake. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!"

"The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, making for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a private, guarded parking lot. The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food options and supermarkets for convenient shopping. Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. This was a return visit for me, and I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. There's also something that made us feel incredibly touched: our car door was unlocked in the parking lot. In the middle of the night, someone tried to break in. The security guard spotted them and they fled. The hotel manager was called from home at 2 or 3 in the morning. They called the police. After calling the police, they didn't wake us up. They said we were older and had been tired from a full day of sightseeing, and they didn't want to disturb our sleep. They only told us about the unlocked car door at 6 AM. We rushed down, and they told us that the security guard saw our car was unlocked. He was supposed to go off duty but stayed on watch until we came down. Their dedication deeply moved us. We want to thank the hotel manager and the security guard again."

"Breakfast is now served together with the main dining area, which is crowded and noisy with many tour groups. During my check-in, there were people drinking and making a ruckus in the hallway at night. Overall, it felt far inferior to newly opened chain hotels in the city center."

Linzhou Jingya Huayi Hotel

"I booked online because of its high ratings, and it didn't disappoint. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were especially welcoming. They even gave us an extra breakfast voucher since we had two for our family of three. The place has its own courtyard with parking, and it's very convenient for dining nearby and transportation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linzhou."
