房間乾淨清新，衞生很好，樓下有業主食堂，挺方便就餐。這棟樓下還有乒乓球和麻將房，都是免費的，挺舒服的。海邊也不遠，走路可到，海灘很不錯，可以看到對面的亞特蘭蒂斯，風景美。適合度假！

房間在小區裏面，房間大，適合家庭出遊，小區還有泳池、羽毛球場、網球場，小童遊樂設施，離海灘很近，步行十分鐘就可以到達，孩子撿貝殼撿得很開心，連住兩天！老闆和管家的響應速度也很快，下次來陵水還住這裏。
