"We chose Wipers for our last stop in Sanya. Butler Xiaolin contacted us one day in advance and provided a lot of useful information. He helped us prepare bed rails, baby toilets, and baby toiletries. He was responsive and had a great service attitude. "We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation."

That same evening, the hotel informed us they would have check-outs the next day and offered a complimentary upgrade to a prime, first-line ocean-view room. The upgraded room completely blew us away! It was not only incredibly spacious but truly offered an unobstructed ocean view. From the balcony, we could face the sea directly and see the lighthouse clearly. We were beyond delighted with this attentive upgrade and the hotel's truly special service. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend this hotel/guesthouse to everyone we know – it's our absolute top choice! Food delivery was super convenient, brought directly to our door. The hotel also boasts a private swimming pool, which was perfect for the kids. Plus, car rental was available right on-site. "It was a third time staying in Capella. This time with kids and it was great! It’s definitely the best hotel in the Sanya. We have a special requests for baby’s food and baby’s arrangements in the room, stuff was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to culturist manager Andrei, he was doing all the arrangements for us from check in to check out, was replying immediately on the messages. High end service. "We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Blue Bay. We booked the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, a lot of natural light coming in. The weather in November is nice and warm. The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones. I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open. Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!"
