出差來陵水很多次了，也住過陵水的幾個酒店，相對來説這個酒店性價比算極高的。
這次已經是第三次選擇入住，每次辦理入住酒店前台都很熱情，送上了入住小禮物核桃酥餅乾，而且提醒食材是否有過敏，同時也會告知酒店的温泉泳池的開放時間。
這幾次選擇的都是大床房，房間相對來説挺大，衞生打掃的也很乾凈。酒店的餐廳也光顧了兩次，味道還可以，價格也不高。後面的泳池、温泉、小童水上樂園看起來還不錯，衹是因為出差的時間問題一直沒機會去，看着樓下玩的人都挺開心的，整體來説非常適合出差或家庭出遊。
下次來還是會選擇這家酒店的，一定找個時間去體驗下温泉。

帶着全家老小七口來度假，剛到酒店，熱情的小哥就為我們搬運行李，攙扶行動不便的長者；前台人員為我們每個人送上新鮮出爐的烤餅乾，還為我們免費升級了房間；酒店早餐很豐富，但是親子房超過1.2米的孩子早餐要收費。。。室外超大的泳池、温泉泡池，孩子和長者都玩的很開心！總之，給全體服務人員點贊！

性價比超高！
設施：酒店雖然比較老舊，但設施完備的。特別值得一提的是準備小童的洗漱用品很齊全而且進行了區分從毛巾，洗漱包，杯子，浴袍，小童馬桶座，樓梯。凱悦酒店做得都沒你家好。
建議有2點：1.小童水上樂園的滑梯底部加墊子，這樣孩子滑下來屁股不會疼。另外，提高水深。2.提供掛燙機。熨斗現在年輕人不會用，而且熨斗太過專業。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：不錯，有温泉泡泡。
服務：不錯。

整體感覺不錯，前台小鄧經理給辦的入住手續，全程微笑的貼心服務感覺很温馨。小童水上樂園、小童樂園小了一些，但工作人員的服務都很好，彌補了這些不足。泳池非常不錯，水深剛好到胸口這，旱鴨子也沒啥心理負擔。晚上回來還去泡了會兒温泉，露天泡池透過綠植看的十六的月亮，夜景美不勝收。小朋友全程玩得很開心。
