這次在陵水希爾頓逸林温泉酒店的入住體驗完全超出了我的預期，酒店遠離喧囂，前台小宇和小謝很好，熱情洋溢的問候和迅速高效的辦理流程就讓人倍感舒心。我們到店時正值高峯期，小宇和小謝雖然忙碌，但始終保持着專業和耐心，對每一位客人的需求都應答如流。
酒店本身的環境、設施和衞生都維持着希爾頓品牌一貫的高水準。但正是有了小宇和小謝這樣優秀的員工，才讓冰冷的硬件設施充滿了人性的温度。他們真正體現了“熱情好客”的服務精神。

特別滿意，定好酒店就打電話來問有沒有什麼需要的服務，結束後也打電話問有什麼需要改進的，管家小謝很有心，酒店環境也很好，沐浴露很香！還有身體乳用，泳池很好看，就是去的太晚了沒泡上温泉，離海邊也近，下次還來

一到酒店就讓人感到不舒服，在攜程上已經交了按金，到酒店後還讓我交500元按金，退房的時候還左查右查的，真讓人不舒服。更讓人不舒服的是，那個所謂的贈品旅拍，因為我臉好過敏，沒有選擇他們188元的化粧，他們就衹給服裝，連頭飾（帽子）也不給配了，更可惡的是，態度來了個180℃大轉彎，太讓人不舒服了。建議慎拍。
