體驗不如市區 Jw 萬豪，沒有管家，房間基本護理包都沒有，洗浴用品也沒及時檢查添加，整個酒店有非常多的蒼蠅，早餐座位很緊張坐外面根本沒法吃一直打蒼蠅🪰，周圍環境還是很漂亮，泳池也很棒，後期服務也在及時補救，也為小朋友贈送了蛋糕，憑心而論需要加強服務，希望能趕

配不上五星級酒店的稱號，酒店非常多的蒼蠅，醫療急救設備也不夠，比如碘伏棉簽，藿香正氣水等都應該是親子酒店必備，早餐選擇不多，但是還挺精緻的

點評來咯：先説缺點再上優點，酒店位置在香水灣，周邊沒什麼配套，比較偏，建議在陵水玩幾天的朋友可以租車；其次酒店大堂不大氣，比較簡陋，剛從萬寧的威斯汀過來對比還是比較強烈，心裏有些失落；房間我們是定的海濱房，能看到酒店的泳池和沙灘，景觀還是不錯的，但是因為靠近海邊的原因，陽台上經常有螞蟻和昆蟲，有時候螞蟻會爬進房間，我跟孩子都有點抓狂；再説酒店早餐自助餐，三天中有2天都沒位置，衹能坐到旁邊的餐廳就餐；再來説説優點吧，首先酒店離海灘很近，去海邊散步很方便；其次成人泳池和小童泳池都在一起，不用來回走動也比較方便，泳池的水比較清澈；酒店親子活動的工作人員態度都很好，我們參加了週五的公主主題的半天成長營活動，糯米和小八老師都特別熱情，給崽崽滿滿的情緒價值，孩子玩的很開心。整體來説，追求性價比的家庭還是可以選擇這家酒店的。

特別喜歡的萬豪，延續一如既往的好服務！酒店親子設施豐富，最重要是位置極好，海水清澈沙灘美麗，沖浪盡興！管家，禮賓，保安叔叔都很熱情，實名錶揚前台Nancy，讓一點點意外化為驚喜。已列入春節固定節目名單中

酒店：從陵水站打車大約17分鐘點到達，酒店環境好有度假感覺，好多椰樹，有私人海灘,沙灘有多細小垃圾沖上岸邊。
房間：
第一天到達房間安排在六樓,入到房發覺電視開不著，冷氣也不凍，冷氣溫度也不調低的,熱熱的
於是通知前台叫維修員前來檢查，說電視壞了沒法 维修了.
於是我便要求換房間，換好房間後食完晚飯回來，電視竟然有聲沒有畫面。
又要跟前台聯繫叫維修員前來檢查，檢查後電視又壞了，今次是把換電視了。
第一天就這樣過了.
叧外，房間不太乾淨好多灰塵，酒店走廊房間通道地方也不算乾淨有污漬。
曾打電話要兩瓶水，電話也打了兩次過了半天才送過來
酒店健身房：位於酒店6樓,可用房卡可直接入內,沒有職員管理.
健身房空調處於一個高溫狀態25-29度，熱熱的沒有涼風的
於是又通知前台叫職員前來健身房把空調調一下
電話打了三次,過了半天～還沒有職員前來。

酒店服務特別好，主動給我們升級到了海景房。房間視野開闊，乾淨整潔，十分舒適。酒店的室外泳池很大，還有水中遊樂設施，特別受孩子喜愛。最美的是酒店前的沙灘，出門走五分鐘就到，水特別淺，適合沖浪。水中央還有一塊淺灘，遠遠看去好像拖尾沙灘。每天退潮時就來這裏挖沙，很特別的體驗。👍
