免費升級了房型。住着很舒服！一線海景躺床上看！客服麥克阿偉很熱情，回覆很快，解決問題能力不錯。樓下就可以動物園喂小動物，就是菜有點貴，沙灘還能玩摩託艇啥的，整體很不錯！就是可惜了我套餐送的電影票忘了看了哈哈，其實下樓就是電影院！早餐伙食不錯的種類挺多！雖然酒店老了一些，但是整體還不錯，唯一需要改進的我覺得第一就是迎賓拿行李的人太少，態度不積極，第二就是客房衞生有點土，可以效仿別的酒店模式，客人入住之前由經理去確認房間衞生是否達到入住標準

第一次住阿羅哈，超出預期，非常適合帶孩子入住，小孩子玩的非常多，上午海邊挖沙，下午酒店各種玩；房間很大，冰箱洗衣機都有，洗衣服太方便了，前台阿正還幫我們免費升級了房型；性價比很高，一家值得推薦的酒店🏨

房間夠大，住的攬海樓出門就是泳池，還有小孩的水上世界和攀爬，沒有多久就是海，沙灘超級給力，沙子和麪粉一樣。酒店服務也超級好，第一次去還給小朋友很多小禮物
