入住前有酒店管家阿正加微信，幫忙預約了高鐵站的接站，服務很貼心。設施還是比較齊全，有洗衣機。一天好幾場親子活動，做了艾草錘和不織布鬧鐘，孩子在水寨玩的不想出來。確實可以躺平遛娃。

設施：親子活動的設施很多，玩水的游泳池，小童城堡都有。家庭套房很適合一家五口，有廳，有大陽台可以洗曬。
服務：會主動詢問需求，提醒活動，還送了水果。酒店餐廳還能送到房間。服務很周到。
環境：社區型酒店，有住宅區，超市，椰林沙灘。
性價比非常高。

訂了個四個房間套房，可能是平時沒人住，辦入住的時候還在檢查房間整體打掃。房間設施比較舊，窗簾一點都不遮光…水壓很小，沒有熱水…酒店派人來調整也沒起作用。好在酒店服務還算積極，海景很美。但整體入住體驗感很一般。
