老闆接待很熱情，會主動推薦新村夜市的美食店鋪和避坑玩法，提供了很多趕海工具
環境：在新村鎮的海邊，算很新獨棟的民宿，有電梯，旁邊都是農村自建房，要有心理預期！但是，陽台可以看到很美的大海，好處是門口就是大海很近，可以躺在門口吊牀。壞處是海浪聲很響。看個人睡眠體質。
衞生：房間沒有異味，很標準的民宿衞生。就是衞生間沒有乾濕分離。
交通：打車很方便，旁邊走路5分鐘就是猴島呆呆島碼頭、公交船碼頭，新村夜市走路就能到達，吃飯遊玩都很便利
設施：沒有洗衣機，要是有洗衣機就更好啦

全五星好評！老闆非常nice，幫我們解決了很多旅遊中的問題，門口就是海灘，趕海，游泳都可以，風景非常非常棒，下次有機會的話，還會去他們家。

第一天到的時候雷陣雨，差點失望，以為後面天天有雨，沒想到第二天開始晴空萬里，老闆是東北人，我們想怎麼玩和他提，他會指導和提醒，我帶孩子兩個人完全沒有碰到坑，樓下就是沙灘海邊，小朋友沒有早上起床就要過去，下次帶長者度假還會選擇這裏

東北大哥很熱心，人也很靠譜，出門在外真的很感謝能遇見真誠的人，房間衞生乾淨整潔，出門就是大海，能撿貝殼，趕海，挖沙抓螃蟹，離夜市猴島碼頭都很近走幾分鐘就到很方便
