前台幫忙升級到頂層，視野很好，前台服務也很好。第一天晚上睡高枕不太適應，凌晨四點多鐘聯繫前台，前台還幫我去找了低枕，非常謝謝前台小哥👍👍

非常適合親子出遊，環境好，小朋友玩的項目也多，房間乾淨衞生，特別是服務超級棒棒噠，前廳美女電話聯繫發定位指引過來辦理入住，管家指引車停地下車庫，管家還幫忙帶行李上樓，還提供小童牙刷，服務太好了，退房還提醒帶好隨身攜帶物品，但是還是漏了小朋友電話手錶，酒店還幫忙郵寄了，太貼心了，超級暖心的一個團隊，太棒了，是回憶起來下次還想住的酒店，淺淺點個贊[呲牙][強][強][強]

海景房果然不一般，非常乾淨，房間設備也是新的，服務也好，非常棒棒糖，要是有老爸茶和麻將就更完美了,特別是吃飯購物的地方太近了，下樓散散步就到了，太方便啦

錯峯出遊，非常好的體驗
設施：洗衣機，冰箱，熱水器一應俱全
衞生：乾淨整潔，還有花露水
環境：很舒服，吃飯走幾分鐘就到了
服務：熱情周到，推薦的打卡都很好，小孩喜歡吃烤鴨，推薦山腳下菜市場的烤鴨店絕了，5點半到7點多才有，太適合海南人囗味了😁

海景漂亮，房間大，衞生也乾淨，熱水器不懂用，管家很快就上門教，服務太好了，附近吃飯也方便，前台推薦的海鮮店，味道鮮美，價格便宜，太值得了，還有趕海地方也好，前台的美女服務熱情周到，下次旅遊再來
