值班經理王木木還有前台Anson服務很好，有求必應，酒店主要還是性價比高吧，距離海邊就幾分鐘，離免税店都很近，酒店也比較新，早餐要是多點種類就好了，健身房還有小童樂園衞生需要加強的，五星服務，設施齊備維護的一般。

推薦！第一次入住，很好的體驗，希爾頓旗下的啟繽品牌，整體設計簡約又不失格調，海風元素的融入讓人瞬間放鬆下來，距離海邊也很近，來了這個沙灘就不想去別的了，房間景觀正，推開陽台門就是無敵海景，房間內的設施齊全且貼心，床品柔軟舒適，洗浴用品香氣宜人，細節處盡顯用心。
酒店的服務更是值得稱讚，從辦理入住到退房，工作人員都始終保持着微笑和耐心，有求必應。泳池乾淨整潔，沙灘近在咫尺，適合悠閑地度過假期時光。總之，這是一次非常完美的入住體驗，強烈推薦給打算來陵水土福灣度假的朋友們，絕對不會讓你失望！

酒店距離高速下來不遠，環境氛圍很不錯，泳池營業到晚上22點，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，周邊路口🈶海鮮大排檔，大堂南北通透接待人員彬彬有禮，特別是Lucas非常有耐心，細緻🉐給我們講解酒店的設施，服務態度非常好，值得表揚👍👍，早餐豐富，酸粉值得一試，下次有機會再來。

酒店值班經理王木木和符艷樽服務好，特別棒，酒店特別新，剛開的酒店，沒有味道，特別推薦入住，酒店離海邊很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，健身房24小時開的，泳池是到22:00才關閉，營業時間也特別友好，酒店還有自助洗衣房配烘乾機。
