#Service This is the homestay with the worst service attitude I have ever stayed in. Including but not limited to the following behaviors: 1. I made a reservation more than one day in advance, and when I was on the high-speed train and there was still an hour to arrive, they suddenly told me that the room was not available and asked me to move and register immediately. I said I would wait until I got to the place and then register, and they said in a sarcastic manner that the new room was more expensive than the one I booked, so I should cancel it. When we got to the new room, the door code was wrong and we had to wait for a long time. 2. After checking in, I went home at night and my child wanted to watch TV, only to find out that the TV was broken. I contacted customer service, but they said they were busy and could not fix the problem. 3. I was leaving the next day and my child had to go to bed at noon, so I might check out a little later. I discussed with customer service, since you didn’t let me see the TV and the accommodation experience was not good, could you let us check out later? The reply attitude was very bad, saying that their rooms were very popular and asked me to come back during the off-season. 4. He was very vigilant and did not contact me by phone but by WeChat and voice. He was afraid that I would collect evidence. His tone was very sarcastic throughout the whole process and he never showed up from beginning to end. Really, I have elderly parents and young children to take care of when traveling and I don’t want to make a fuss. I just wanted to endure it, but I was bullied like this. #The price/performance ratio is very poor. The service attitude of the B&Bs I stayed in before that cost more than 100 yuan was better than this one. #Room Facilities The newly moved room was so damp that water could be wrung out of it during the dry season in Hainan, and the whole family slept very poorly. Yin and Yang brand. When we arrived, we found that the brand of the B&B was different from what was marked on Qunar.com. I will try my best to spread the word among my limited circle of friends and ask everyone I know to avoid this restaurant. This is the first time I have been bullied to the point of crying by the service.

The room is not far from the sea and has a wide view. You can overlook the sea. There is a supermarket and a noodle shop downstairs, and there is also a canteen for the owners in the community opposite. You can park your car directly in the basement, which is very convenient.

The room has 3 bedrooms. There is a small bed, desk and small sofa upstairs. My daughter lives there alone and likes it very much. The large bedroom has a bed of 1.8 meters with wardrobe and hangers, and the second bedroom has a bed of 1.5 meters. The bedding is clean and tidy, similar to a hotel, clean and mite-free, comfortable! The pillows are also easy to sleep on. There are two latex ones and two are higher. I am used to sleeping on latex pillows. The quilt is neither thick nor thin, just right. Stayed for 4 days and the quality of sleep was great. The room was clean and useful. The kitchen is completely OK and cooking is no problem. The washing machine is also clean. When the weather is hot, the laundry is dried on the balcony every day. The view is great, you can see the sea from the living room, balcony and both bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Not far from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is very good, with gentle sand and clean water. All in all, it’s worth it! Except there is no swimming pool, everything else is better than a star hotel! I stayed in a four-star hotel later and thought this place was great! It's a pity that there are not many pictures. The room is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing, so I didn't take any pictures.

The sea view is perfect, this view alone wins! This building is very convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to the beach. Downstairs is the food court. It is very convenient to play and eat. Seafood in this food court is so cheap and the food is delicious. The room is very spacious, complete with slippers and toiletries, simple kitchen utensils are also provided, the bed linen is very clean, and the hot water is very good. Check-in was very convenient and the hostess was very nice.

Generally, the price difference is 30% when you just move in. Cleaning is still going on at 3pm. The most uncomfortable thing is that there are a lot of hairs on the bed.
