It is one of the oldest 5-star hotels in the center of old Lima city. Location it is the best choice, but the traffic and security near the hotel is not that good.

Location good, but traffic big problem Service bad, the reception lady not professional, they charged me extra laundry cost by mistake but not return back my money, unhappy Breakfast no good Will not stay here again

The room is big & very clean ,The reception people are super nice there also ,except the air conditioner is little noisy ,others are all perfect ,especially the buffet ,it's very delicious.I will come back very soon!

Hotel location for us was great! 15 minutes to Airport and 2 min walk to Mall. Centrally located to Colonial Lima, Churches/SFO Convent/Catacombs, and restaurants.

The facility and location is indeed good. But I had a terrible experience regarding the booking and the payment. I already made the prepaid payment and it was deducted in my account already. The hotel asked for a guarantee payment since they did not receive the payment from trip. Until now, I’m still waiting for the refund of the guarantee payment from the hotel. It seems that Sheraton and Trip are coordinating very slow. Still waiting for the refund.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city's central square and gardens, across from the train station. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall and a shopping center with convenient dining options. The hotel's restaurant, Mariva, is also very good. It's a short walk to Plaza San Martín and Plaza de Armas. From the room, you can see the harbor and Lima's planes taking off and landing. At night, you can experience the vibrant city life of young people downstairs. The overall safety level of the surrounding area is very high. Driving into the city is not recommended due to the complex road construction.
