The room and location was great in a quiet part of the ancient town. They picked us up from the train station and their staff brought a tricycle to the main road and transport our luggage all the way to the hotel. As our room was on the second floor they carried our luggage up and down upon checkin and checkout.The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially 彬哥。 He helped to recommend sightseeing spots and even helped to book day trips for us. He even brought us to a wholesaler to buy dried mushrooms and helped us save money. The restaurant he recommended was also good and inexpensive. Their breakfast though basic was good and they make an effort to accommodate our early timings as we needed to leave early for our tour. We also love the rooftop viewing spot as we can see the whole ancient city and a view of the jade dragon mountain in the distance when the clouds clear.

I had an amazing experience at Shanxiang.The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained, and I especially loved the place had a warm, homestay vibe with beautiful architecture that made it feel both unique and welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I give the hotel a 5 star, the room is very large and the amenities were very good, this is first time the room provides a large bottle of water with the machine to make cold or hot drinks and you can choose, big screen audio visual for tv and movies. It also has jacuzzi. It is in the ancient city and is very convenient, it is just 5 minutes walk from the road entrance, the hotel staff is very helpful they will bring your bags to the hotel and also when you check out so do not worry that you need to pull your luggage on the stony road. The hotel person is very friendly and help us what we want, the hotel just 2 storeys and there is an observation deck on top with very nice view of the mountain, we chosed the room at 2nd floor with window facing the mountain and it is so nice and refreshing. If you need any tour guide , they can also arrange for you. I love the garden at the center of the hotel and most of all the staff were very helpful , fast in action and friendly, this place is trully recommended for your best comfort if you wish to stay in the heart of the ancient town. It's entrance near the south gate is also vey strategic , you can catch a bus right in front of the entrance bus no 3 to go to catch bus no 101 to yulong snow mountain, there are also 2 halal restaurants that I found on the left and right hand side of the entrance, about 200 to 300 meters, Yixin Muslim Yuan just by the roadside and Lanzhou Beef noodle on the right corner of the Amu He restaurant. This hotel is recomended.

Wow! AMAZING!!! From the moment we booked to the moment of check out has been an amazing experience. The reservations manager, Brother Huang ,is so incredibly , knowledgeable and quick with he responses! Check in and check out were SUPER easy and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The are is gorgeous, the rooms are so cute and functional and the bathroom are amazing!! We will certainly be coming back again and again and I HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Very decent prices and a vacation you’ll never forget! Thank you so so much to Mr Huang, and for the SHANXIANG resort hotel awesome time! We will be back soon!

It is a few blocks away from the bar street and it is not noisy at night. The hotel environment is great. There is an observation deck and it is great to see the snow-capped mountains. The boss is very enthusiastic and the drinks are also great! The rose lychee sparkling water is great! The oranges given when entering the hotel are super delicious! The rice noodles for breakfast are better than what I eat outside! The hotel bedding is very comfortable, and it is great to be in a daze on the balcony when it rains!

During the days I went to Yunnan, I met this small courtyard Shanxiang (Rizhao Jinshan Store) in Lijiang Ancient Town. It is located very close to a gate in the ancient town, a 2-minute walk away. Not far from this gate, there is a relatively large private parking lot, which is very suitable for self-driving. The store is very considerate and the service is very thoughtful. After booking the hotel, someone will contact you to inform you of the location and how to get there. Since the ground in the ancient town is not easy to walk, the store uses tricycles to help carry luggage. The yard is very large and magnificent, with more than 20 rooms up and down. The decoration is very elegant and very neat and clean. Whether it is the tables, chairs and benches on the top floor, they are spotless. Or the public toilet on the first floor, the ground basin is always clean. At first glance, the boss is a man of action. All the small items needed in travel life are arranged in detail, such as clothes drying racks, disposable toilet mats, bathtub covers, etc. The room is very large and comfortable. The bedding and pillows are especially praised here. They are soft and have latex. It is true that when traveling to many places, there are not many stores and hotels that consider sleeping pillows. At the entrance of the first floor, there are coffee, tea, and restaurants. All the staff in the store are very enthusiastic, greeting guests for tea and travel precautions. Also, for breakfast, the rice noodles made by the uncle are delicious. A very satisfactory accommodation experience. Children who come to the ancient city can stay at his house, and it is also very convenient to walk to any popular check-in point in the ancient city.

The room was really beyond my expectation. The bathroom was very big and there was a bathtub for bathing. Yunnan is a bit dry in summer, so it was most comfortable to bathe in a bathtub. The Chinese-style small courtyard has a good environment and clean rooms. My mother, who is obsessed with cleanliness, praised it again and again.
