The location is pretty good, close to convenient store. There is happy hour that you can get little snack and one free drink.

Good place if only getting around Sakae, but why is the public bath operating in the evening only?? Good point for happy hour, but no English description of each bottle, so no idea until you drink each one. Wifi in the room is horrible, MUST improve this. Breakfast is so so but too crowded every day

It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!

Quiet and Nice hotel, about 5 mins to rail station. Breakfast is acceptable but crowded in the morning.

Room too small. Hot spring too small. Location is ok. Great that they include free breakfast and happy hour, but the restaurant is small, and great for breakfast food.

Let me just start off by saying the rooms have a shower toilet. You have to pay for towels at this hotel. An extra $100 per towel. It’s crowded for breakfast, despite the food being disgusting. The room was okay. Bed was comfortable. Happy hour includes one glass of liquor.

Clean and comfortable hotel with lots of amenities, including public bath, coin laundry and free breakfast. Concierge was able to understand limited English and was very helpful. We were able to forward luggage to this hotel with no issues and they are also willing to store your luggage at the lobby on the day of check in or out.

Included breakfast is better than expected. Good location and easy accessible to most sight seeing area, and hotel is just opposite to the Park and the area is very comfortable with lots of restaurants.

Very nice hotel that is situated in the city center. Some rooms have the electric tower view. That is a bonus. Looks new and very clean. Breakfast is great too. Good value for money.
