Caught the snow mountain and rainbow during a cloudy day, great service and great location if you prefer peace and quiet stay with snow mountain view.

The guesthouse is lovely, and the owner is incredibly attentive, even helping us with our luggage. The common areas are just as picturesque as shown in the photos, and the views are spectacular. On our last day, we enjoyed a complete, unobstructed view of the snow-capped mountains. For the first two days, they were veiled by clouds, which, in its own way, added a beautiful, atmospheric touch. Our room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and cozy. Its location is ideal, situated between Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha Ancient Town, and also very close to the snow mountains. While it's a bit far from the airport, the owner proactively arranged our airport transfer on the departure day, saving us any hassle whatsoever. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, with smart controls for added convenience. The hotel also provides a free daily transport service to places like Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha Ancient Town, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was great especially the rice noodles (米线), which were delicious. Strongly recommend staying here if you're visiting Lijiang!

I was expecting beautiful views of the rolling mountains before checking in Yunlai homestay. It didn’t disappoint me at all. As a plus it also offered a lake and garden view. The lake was surrounded by beautiful reeds and cosmos during my visit which was like a postcard photo whenever I looked out and down. Yunlai was perfectly located within 10 minutes drive to the popular ancient towns Baisha and Shuhe. The staff were very kind to offer free daily drop offs and pick ups to both towns. The room was beautiful too with all the modern facilities including smart controls and toilets, a mini bar, a projector and huge bath tub. The bed was super comfortable and bed linen was clean and fresh. I really enjoyed the homemade rice noodles and the breakfast selection could be extended to offer a fruit bowl and fresh soy milk or coffee or even some western style brekkie. The views on the top floor were breathtaking and the space could be decorated with real plants and flowers given the region is well known for abundance of both. Thanks for the friendly staff who made my short stay so welcoming and enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again in my next visit to Yun Nan.

The two owners were incredibly kind; even though we arrived very late, they still brought us fruit. The room was very clean and new. The view from the rooftop was stunning, and the breakfast rice noodles were delicious. They helped us with our luggage and always offered to drive us to the ancient town. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only minor drawback was that the building's exterior wasn't fully finished yet, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Highly recommend this place!

Since we stayed for three nights, the owner went the extra mile and helped us book a private car to the airport. Their service was truly exceptional! I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends.

This B&B is incredibly photogenic. Both the ambiance and service are outstanding. The owner even helps carry your luggage to your room. Parking is super convenient, right at the entrance, making it ideal for those on a road trip.

What a pleasant surprise to wake up to the sight of snow-capped mountains, which truly energized my whole day! To my surprise, the service was exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. They proactively helped me with my luggage, and the owner was incredibly considerate! Even Australian guests checking out with me raved that it was the best hotel they'd ever stayed at in China! They also provided afternoon tea and shuttle service to the ancient town. The lush greenery and landscaping in the courtyard were fantastic and very photogenic. The overall experience was absolutely perfect. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful guesthouse during my trip to Yunnan.

The host was incredibly welcoming and warm. He proactively helped us with our luggage, and when my husband developed a cough, he even went out of his way to buy him medicine. The room itself was thoughtfully appointed, with attention to every detail, from disposable toilet seat covers to a choice of two pillow types. Our whole family absolutely adored the cozy little courtyard just outside our room; it was perfect for sitting out in the evening, chatting and unwinding with our phones. On a clear day, the views from outside are absolutely stunning.

The owner was incredibly hospitable. The villa's design is perfect for family trips, offering stunning views of the snow-capped mountains right from your room. The villa was immaculately clean, and parking was incredibly convenient, with charging available for electric vehicles. They even provided complimentary fruit and traditional flower cakes. Their window screens were so impressive that even after getting home, I asked the owner about the specific model of the screen door. He enthusiastically helped by sending me a video of it. It truly felt like we'd made a wonderful friend. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The only minor drawback is that the road leading up to the hotel is currently unpaved and still under construction. While there's no elevator, the owner is incredibly helpful and will gladly assist guests with their luggage. It's conveniently located very close to Shuhe Ancient Town, just a short e-bike ride (under 10 minutes) away. The service is exceptional; the owner is very warm and attentive, always ready to assist with anything you might need.

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, being close to both Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha Ancient Town, and offering distant views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It also features children's play facilities and a small wading pool. The breakfast served was both nutritious and delicious, and we enjoyed it with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. Highly recommended – a truly wonderful experience!

We decided to bring the kids along for this trip, but it was only after booking everything that we saw the forecast for cloudy skies. Lijiang, known for its rain, still gave us a mix of sunshine and showers. Luckily, we managed to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, completely unobstructed by clouds. Since it's summer, there wasn't a lot of snow on the peaks, but witnessing it firsthand was still incredibly breathtaking. We've also booked our tickets to ascend the peak the day after tomorrow. Seeing snow this time of year feels quite luxurious, haha! Definitely worth the stay!
