Easy to find as is the tallest building in the town. The hotel has two parts to it- the International main building and a smaller 'local' style Which is where is stayed. Really lovely setting Just wasn't too impressed by the room Which had obviously seen better days. Pool on roof with a great view was a nice touch and breakfast had me set off for my journey in a good mood. Would come again, Just Hope for a better room. PS: Collins at reception speaks English Really well and has been working at the hotel since it was built twenty years ago and is a great Welcome host

The reception service staff is very good. The hotel is very convenient to travel. When I went to stay on the first day, I encountered loud noises all night and stayed on the top floor. But in the morning I came down to change to a new room and considered the service to be good.

Pick up service is available at the high speed train station. We traveled from Shangarila. Check-in in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and get the room key to stay, no need to wait. And you can still eat breakfast that day. This is very satisfying. The room has 3 beds, 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, you don't have to wait in line to use the bathroom with your children. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and bedroom is excellent. There is yogurt as well, souvenirs, lift and lotion. I really like it because it can be used right away because we come from Thailand, which is a hot weather area. The location is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and both above ground and underground shopping. Walking to the ancient city of Lijiang is very close and very fun. Lijiang is a beautiful city that I came from. Many times already Recommend this hotel His employees are very helpful. Delicious breakfast

A hotel with a view of the snow-capped mountains. This is my second time staying here. It is very cost-effective. It is very convenient to Shuhe Ancient Town and Lijiang Ancient Town. The breakfast is also good. You can eat your favorite rice noodles. You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the large terrace outside the restaurant.

Environment: Very cost-effective, quiet in a busy area, very convenient surrounding Hygiene: Auntie comes to clean the room and replace the supplies every day, and the bed is very comfortable Service: I would like to especially praise the housekeeper Xiao Zuo who took me to check in. My luggage was very heavy, and she helped me carry it throughout the check-in process. She also helped me deal with all the problems in a timely manner during the check-in process. The recommended restaurant is also great. The atmosphere here is very nice. Everyone is chatting and drinking tea like friends, which is very relaxing and pleasant. Facilities: The homestay billiards, KTV, and tea room are all available, which is very suitable for long-term stay, and you will definitely not feel bored I will come again next time, and I wish you a prosperous business~

That was a great experience. It was hard to choose between Intercontinental and Indigo. I personally prefer Indigo because of our experience in Japan and of the attention to detail. The prices were the same at both hotels and you can use the amenities of both, which is great. The breakfast at Intercontinental is better, the bacon in Indigo is Chinese style and it’s not a buffet breakfast. Need to order from the menu. I liked the unique story of Indigo about the Tea horse road. Intercontinental has a larger area, but both hotels are beautiful. The staff at Intercontinental speaks better English. The staff at both hotels were helpful and attentive. We got an upgrade in Indigo to a Mountain View room but only because first we got a wall view and I asked for an upgrade. Indigo is quiet and peaceful, but very close to Intercontinental. The rooms are huge and amazing. In the end, choose the hotel based on the room style you prefer. All the other stuff can be shared. Thank you for a nice stay in Lijiang. The location is convenient and quiet. We went to Hyatt and Pullman for dinner, but they were far from the Lijiang old town and it was difficult to find transportation, it took us 50 minutes to get didi, the hotels are just okay compare to Intercontinental and Indigo. I recommend staying at Intercontinental or Indigo for a satisfying experience. 👍

Super loved our stay at Intercontinental Lijiang. Hotel location is fantastic, the main entrance is along the road hence cars can enter and drop you off directly at the main lobby. The side gate of the hotel leads directly into the ancient town. There is no need to drag your luggage through the rocky roads of the ancient town. Buggy service to and fro the main lobby and rooms are available 24/7. Amenities are good, with an indoor pool and sauna as well as a in-house spa centre. The cafe in the lobby has a very beautiful view of the snow mountain, and is nice to have tea there to enjoy the view. They even have a dyson hair dryer in every room too. Highly recommend 👍🏼

The location was great just in front of Lijiang Gucheng, many shop and restaurant nearby, easy to get around, the room is ok with good view of jade dragon snow mountain, but the cleanliness need to be improved, there is a visible stained probably sodas on the bedside table and on the floor as well just make you wonder what else not clean properly. The staff and their service is good and informative.

What a pleasant stay, breathtaking scenery and spectacular food options! The hotel is not that close to the airport, however it does make for a quieter stay. It’s located close to most attractions and restaurants which is a major plus. The staff are definitely welcoming and the hotel for sure foreign friendly. This was my 3rd time staying in this chain and I have to say everything was in place. The carpets, bedding, linens and couches were clean. I was surprised by how spacious our room was for the price I paid. The food was delicious for sure and as usual you had plenty to choose from. If I was to nitpick, maybe the cutlery and milk could more often be topped up, and the shower door was leaking slightly but this is just me being a ‘Karen’. WHope you all also have a wonderful stay here too.

I was lucky to find this Baima Light Luxury View Inn when I came to Lijiang. You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the floor-to-ceiling window in the room when you get up. The room also has a private balcony! The room facilities are very new. The store introduced the surrounding food and travel guides without any pitfalls! When I left, they also helped to send my luggage to the drop-off point. The service was great! Especially there is a celebrity check-in point on the roof, you can go up and take beautiful photos, and you can also see the night view of the ancient city on Lion Rock. The sunset is amazing! Highly recommended😄
