"The room was fantastic with a lovely view, and the service was top-notch. Although the hotel is located just outside the Old Town, its location makes it a peaceful and quiet retreat. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but food delivery is available, and the hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to the Old Town if needed. The afternoon tea was delightful, and the breakfast was equally delicious. The entire hotel is beautifully designed with great attention to detail—an elegant and thoughtfully crafted space overall."

"We had a delightful and comfortable three-day, two-night stay here with our children. We highly recommend the Hyatt Centric hotel. It's ideally situated at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, boasting stunning distant views of the majestic snow-capped peak. The hotel grounds are like a vast garden, home to a variety of adorable pets that children can feed. They offer a wide array of family-friendly activities, most of which are complimentary. We opted for the Premier Suite, perfect for two adults and two children. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a twin room where the beds could be combined to form a very comfortable large bed. A big thank you goes to the hotel's front desk staff. Breakfast featured both Chinese and Western options, all of five-star quality. Above all, every member of the hotel staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional service."

"Excellent service, clean and beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed staying in the hotel, the service is top-notched :) We went to Yulong mountain early and couldn’t make it for the breakfast at 8am, and the staff packed some small bites for us to bring along. We really appreciate the gesture!"

"We really have a good time staying at Indigo Hotel. The location is excellent. It is in the Lijiang old town. Very easy to go anywhere and the room size is big and spacious and the design truly represent the culture of the city. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Lydia. She is very helpful and help us to book tickets to Yulong mountain. We really recommend people to stay here if they visit Lijiang."

"I highly recommend this accommodation, which offers excellent service and very clean rooms. The room views are stunning, and you can clearly see the ancient old town of Lijiang from your balcony. The staff is warm and friendly, making you feel welcome. The accommodation is in an excellent location. It is also home to one of the most beautiful-view cafés in Lijiang. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and shopping spots, providing great convenience. Despite its central location, the rooms are quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. They respond to messages very quickly, and you can communicate any requests during your stay in Lijiang. They provide free pick-up and drop-off service at the high-speed railway station. Additionally, they assist with handling all your luggage from check-in to check-out, which is especially helpful since Lijiang’s stone-paved streets make rolling suitcases inconvenient. They also arrange airport transfers and a one-day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, including a show, at a reasonable price. The vehicles used for transportation are of high quality. Especially Xiao Su and Xiao Yang, who provided us with professional service and excellent arrangements, making our vacation in Lijiang absolutely perfect. We received service beyond our expectations in every aspect. The internet connection was highly efficient, allowing my husband to work seamlessly while staying here. On the day we checked out, we had the opportunity to take a photo with Xiao Su. She and her team warmly saw us off to our car, making our departure just as memorable as our stay."

"The 2 bedroom suite was humongous with nice marble flooring in living room and bathrooms. Families staying would want to take note that there is only 1 shower room and the other bathroom is a powder room. Housekeeping is daily, and bathroom slippers were exceptionally luxurious. Many good TV channels are available and smart remote for curtains. Service Butler service via wechat group chat was a bonus. They helped give tips on where to go and how to purchase the tickets to Jade Dragon Mountain. Extremely responsive in rendering help from replenishing bottled water to housekeeping. Location For travellers taking train, this is just across Lijiang High Speed Train Station Breakfast Buffet style with nice noodles and variety."

"The place is very clean, service is very good. We are from Malaysia and the food suits our appetite very well. The butler is very responsive as well, very quick response to our queries throughout the trip. Location was perfect, is located at the quieter side of the old town. Easy access to restaurants and bars. One downside: We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast are the same throughout our stays. Breakfast was super delicious but we hoped to have more varieties. Recommended for families. This chubby cat was chilling beside us while we are having our afternoon tea🤣"

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Deting Dianchali Tea Culture Hotel. I was deeply impressed by the hotel's deeply ingrained tea culture, a unique feature not found in many other hotels I've stayed in before. Tea culture is a form of self-cultivation, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The room was furnished with meticulous attention to detail—not only clean but also well-planned. My room was quiet and comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well that night. We often say that details determine success, and this is reflected in the hotel's staff's service. From the front desk to the restaurant, every staff member greeted us with a smile and polite words, making us feel right at home. I've already booked a trip to Lugu Lake, otherwise I'd really like to stay two more days. I'll definitely be back! Thank you again to everyone at your hotel!"

"One of the most special hotels we’ve experienced in our China trip. 小邰 Xiao Tai was super helpful throughout our stay from arranging airport pick up to nearby activities like Naxi family visits, complimentary photoshoots, campfire experience and mountain sunrise trips. He even delivered the afternoon tea set to our room since we arrived late from the airport! We really enjoyed our stay because of him. The room is super clean and has floor heating if it gets cold. The staff provides water, snacks and pot noodles free of charge every day. Breakfast was lovely especially the noodles and chicken hot pot! You can also ask for medicines in case you experience high altitude sickness for free."
