The location is great, right near the waterwheel! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed. The design was first-class, whether it was the yard or the structure. The rooms were all smart, which met my aesthetics and requirements! After I checked in, they gave me a free travel guide and recommended delicious and fun places. After we came back from playing, the housekeeper made tea for us in the yard, and it was good tea! Both the hardware and the software made me feel comfortable! Traveling is to surprise or move you at a certain moment, and this trip is worth it! I will stay at Sedona again in the future!

When I first arrived in Lijiang, I encountered a small problem when picking up the airport. The hotel handled it very satisfactorily. The living environment is superb, the butler service is meticulous and thoughtful, the luxurious buffet breakfast, exquisite afternoon tea and goodnight sweet soup are provided. DO NOT HESSITATE AND JUST BOOK THIS INN WHEN YOU'RE VISITING LIJIANG!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND My friends and I decided to book this inn because we saw reviews saying the boss is friendly and helpful during their stay. Indeed the boss live up to the standards and surpassed our expectations! As the stone ground in Lijiang Ancient Town is not suitable to pull luggage, the boss arranged a transporter to help us carry in our 3 XL luggage and he also personally helped us with it. The boss is very welcoming and hospitable, and even assist us to arrange tour for Tiger Leaping Gorge and Yulong Snow Mountain. As we have to leave early morning for the tours, the boss prepared hard boiled eggs, apples and milk for us to take on the go. Although the property is very near a bar street, it wasn't too noisy at night. There is a convenient store right outside the alley to the property. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Lijiang in the future. This is a Singaporean approved hotel, thumbs up!!

The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

I came to Lijiang from 318 and drove for a day. I chose this B&B after a long time. The overall quality is very good and the environment is very good. There is a fish pond in the public area. There is also a dining table. The toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room are also from famous brands and are the ones used at home. The water is Wahaha, the paper towels are printed, the toiletries are also in small bottles and are very exquisite. The mattress and bedding are very comfortable and clean when sleeping. The room has everything you need and the service is very good. Come back next time

The courtyard environment is beautiful! The staff are also very nice. However, the facilities are not maintained well. There is a problem with the smart toilet sensor. It automatically opens and closes the lid to flush when no one is in the toilet. The toilet has no door, which affects sleep and can only be unplugged. The towel rack for drying was broken and the bathtub was plugged and couldn't be pulled out. It's very cold without air conditioning and the floor heating is slow to heat up. I checked in at 7 o'clock in the evening and turned on the floor heating, but it was still not warm at 11 o'clock. Finally, I adjusted the floor heating temperature to over 60 degrees, which was only a little warmer than outside. I slept in the cold with my clothes on.
