"Our stay at this cabin-style hotel was a unique experience, with a few pros and cons worth noting. The cabins are very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The concept itself is quite cool—each cabin blends technology and nature. Upon arrival, we were asked to download an app that controls everything: locking/unlocking the door, ordering food, communicating with staff, adjusting lighting, and controlling the window frosting. Inside the cabin, there’s also a built-in smart device that does the same, plus displays the weather, date, and even allows you to play music. The staff were incredibly friendly. When we mentioned we were cold, they brought extra bedding, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, there were two major downsides. First, when we arrived late at night, we discovered there was no hot water—an especially unpleasant surprise since it was cold. There was no heating in the room either. The hotel sent an engineer to help, and by the next day we had hot water, but it was still limited. Second, while breakfast was included in our booking, we were disappointed to learn that coffee was not, and each person could only choose one meal from the menu. This wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. The view from the cabin is stunning—you can see Mount Bromo right from your room. Sadly, the weather didn’t cooperate during our visit, so we couldn’t fully enjoy it. The food menu at the hotel is great, with several good options to choose from. This hotel offers a clean, innovative stay with beautiful views and excellent staff. However, clearer communication about included amenities and resolving issues like hot water availability would really elevate the overall experience. Thank you."

"We use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years. Room is ok with warm and good water pressure. They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training."

"Что понравилось: виды с территории отеля на рисовые террасы, ухоженная территория отеля, обслуживание в кафе, неплохой завтрак, чистая постель. Что НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ: нам достался номер D204 сильный запах канализации из слива в душе и под раковиной, при этом дверь в ванную герметично не закрывается, пробывали жаловаться на ресепшн с целью замены номера, но нам отказали, пришлось решать проблему подручными способами, так что если выбираете этот отель возьмите с собой сантехнический скотч. В номере отсутствует вентиляция днём это не проблема т.к. можно открыть дверь на террасу, но ночью это не вариант, в результате все вещи были сырыми. Уехала бы из этого отеля на следующий день, но бронирование было по предоплате."

"The problem is that it is out of hand, there are no restaurants or shops around it, and you must order through the reception. Breakfast is not a buffet, so for those who are used to abundance, they will have to do it less. Room and bathroom are beautiful and functional."

"Very beautiful hotel, amazing territory, atmosphere, food is super, everything is very cool, but there is one BUT - now it is the month of Ramadan and no one warned us about the sounds from three o'clock in the morning🥲 it was very audible, even with earplugs. Naturally, we did not get enough sleep and did not rest after the volcano.."

"Very beautiful hotel area. Stayed here just for a night before climbing Ijen. The hotel has a transfer service to the foot of the volcano and back; they provide a respirator, a flashlight and a bottle of water. Very nice staff! Beautiful landscape and pool, spacious rooms. Delicious and varied breakfast. All liked it!"
