"Check-in is self-service, and can be done online, but Trip.com doesn't provide guest information, so we had to rely on a random hotel employee for assistance. The room is small, with a kettle, refrigerator, and tea and coffee. The linens are clean, but the bathroom is small. The hotel has ample free parking and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Liberec. The breakfast is very good, and a free coffee machine with sandwiches and cookies is available throughout the day. Overall, if you have a car, this is a very decent option for an overnight stay of one or two."

"Parking is very limited, especially since a coach parked directly in front of the hotel instead of driving into the bus parking bay. So there was no parking space available in the hotel car park. The bathroom was still covered in hair from previous guests, the beds were not made despite requests. Sheets were not straightened, pillows not fluffed, duvets simply laid over the entire bed, unloving and somehow a shame. The service is getting worse every year."

Breakfast is small, but we didn’t left table with hunger and what they have there is good enough. Free privat parking is always nice thing. Location of this place is quite odd. There is nothing nearby, but tram stop is quite nere and taxi to city center is cheap. Place is recommendable."

"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages ​​in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

"The apartment was great, especially in relation to the low price. Large, very comfortable bed, practical kitchen, good location. Really good hotel standard. Close to the center, but uphill, so here's a warning for people with poor condition. The only thing that's tragic is the way of checking in. I had to enter a 6-digit code on the device, which I didn't receive. The staff gave me one, but it didn't work. I ended up having to drive 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card. Fortunately, I was traveling by car... We read about this problem earlier. It seems even more strange that the problem hasn't been fixed for a long time."

So we had to walk to the facility first and then return to the main hotel in the city center to get the key. The apartment was tidy and equipped with the essentials. The queue at the breakfast buffet was very annoying. There weren't enough seats, and we had to wait in line until we were assigned a table. The breakfast room was also overcrowded, and the tables were close together. The buffet, however, was very good. The service staff at the reception desk were less than friendly."
