We went there as a family during the Chinese New Year. The room was very big and we didn't feel crowded even with an extra bed. The room was very comfortable overall. The hot spring area is well designed. The staff is very welcoming. It was a pity that it rained the next day, otherwise it would have been very comfortable to go there early in the morning.

We just happened to catch up with the Achang people to celebrate the Aluwoluo Festival. Very lively. Worth it! Awesome!

YYangmiemieGI was quite satisfied with this trip. As a result, when we were about to take another hot spring bath and check out the next morning, we found that no hot spring water was coming out. The first time we called the waiter, he said that we pressed the button too many times so it was locked. We had to find the engineering department. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, the engineering department came and said it was maintenance. The sluice gate was closed and there was no hot spring water. The only way to soak is in the public hot spring. We saw that it was getting late, almost 11 o'clock, and we had to check out at 12 o'clock, but there was no information about late check-out. It is not convenient to bring children along. The public hot spring children's pool does not have hot spring water and children cannot play in it. It costs about 1,000 yuan a night and we only took a bath once and had to check out. When checking out, I reported the problem to the staff but there was no compensation. Why couldn't the maintenance staff notify the guests earlier?
