As always, I felt like I was at home. The room could see the Potala Palace. From early morning to dusk, accompanied by the snow in winter, I could appreciate the style of the Potala Palace in different weather conditions. The towering snow-capped mountains were the background, the clouds were always floating, and the pure natural scenery was a painting. I was lucky to be able to appreciate it from different angles every day. The room was equipped with a 24-hour oxygen concentrator and a hotel infirmary, which provided a full sense of security to deal with altitude sickness. The service was also at the usual level of Shangri-La. The meals were rich and fresh, and there were also ******* specialties to taste. Now is the off-season, the executive lounge is open in different areas but the service level has not been reduced. The simple meals and drinks are very fresh. If you don't want to go out of the hotel due to altitude sickness or go out early to rest, you can solve the food and drink in the hotel. Fresh fruits are very available. This trip was very happy and Shangri-La was also an inevitable plus. Highly recommended, the only choice for coming to Lhasa

The service attitude is warm, thoughtful and considerate, which adds warmth to this trip to Lhasa. The breakfast dining environment is spacious, and everyone from the front desk to the restaurant manager is very service-conscious. The St. Regis I stayed in before had arrogant and chaotic service, which made people speechless. In the future, I will only choose Shangri-La when I come to Lhasa.
