酒店服務很好，入住前還有個小儀式，很有特色服務員先送我一個哈達，前台2個小妹妹很熱情，一個姓袁，另一個白瑪，服務非常熱情周到很禮貌，還有因商務應酬喝多了，吐在床單上，服務員也很關心，給我多送了好幾瓶水，酒店自己清理，也沒有額外收費，非常感謝，下次過來還繼續選擇這家維也納酒店入住，離我工作的地方也近！點贊🥰🥰🥰

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置超方便，步行10分鐘多一點就能到地鐵站，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一整晚睡得特別香，前台有提供隔音耳塞、蒸汽眼罩、一次性洗臉巾等超級方便，前台工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住時耐心解答了我的行程疑問，還主動升級了房型。每天打掃衞生的阿姨也很細心，會及時補充洗漱用品。早餐種類豐富健康，自助式的早餐食材新鮮味道好。性價比超高，下次來拉薩還會選這裏！

此次入住的維也納酒店整體體驗超預期！位置就在市中心商圈，步行10分鐘左右就到布達拉宮，逛吃出行都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，一整晚睡得很安穩，而且把門窗關了後隔音效果也不錯，街邊的聲音不是很大。洗漱用品齊全，前台大廳處還貼心準備了卸粧濕巾和一次性洗臉巾，細節很到位。前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房都很快，還主動告知周邊遊玩攻略。入住也有獻哈達，退房也有金剛結禮物送，早餐種類也很豐富，下次來這座城市，肯定還會選擇這裏，推薦給注重性價比和便利性的朋友！！

設施：淋浴間門關不嚴實，洗澡的時候水總流到幹區，很不方便
衞生：房間總體還算乾淨
環境：旁邊有火鍋店，每天房間就是一股火鍋味兒，很難受，而且窗户外有遮擋
服務：還可以，給房間加了一台製氧機

房間環境很好，面積較大，設備齊全，有供氧氣，衞生條件好。早餐菜品豐富，有水果供應，菜品添加及時，工作人員態度好，有一天到10點了去餐廳還有吃的，工作人員很熱情還專門給煮了一碗米粉。
