這次給五星純屬是給禮賓部的旦增好評的,要不然就直接給差評了。第一天入住時禮賓部的旦增有提前加微信聯繫,並且幫忙升級了房間。一到酒店就很細心在門口等着幫忙拿行李,還分享了自己做的拉薩旅遊攻略。但退房時打了幾個電話去前台沒人接,自己弄大包小包的行李拖下來,前台的工作人員一副不耐煩和很困想睡覺的樣子

第一次寫差評，因為在大城市都是住五星級，根本沒碰到過需要特意寫差評的情況，拉薩洲際這次真是離譜到家了。昨天晚上約了朋友喝酒需要9.10前出門，我從8.18分開始給客房送餐打電話，想點個餐墊墊肚子，然後我8.41分才成功跟餐廳取得聯繫，這中間相隔23分鐘，直接導致我沒時間吃飯了。且中間跟酒店總枱聯繫期間接線員説話還很不好聽。後來我給洲際客户關懷部門打電話，過了一會兒餐廳的人給我打了個電話讓我去自助餐廳吃碗麪去，那會兒都9點了，我説我沒時間吃了。後來，就沒有後來了，就沒搭理過我。其它的方面就不説了，就這個事情我相信在世界各地的高檔酒店都不可能出現，因為太離譜了。如果不是這麼離譜我也不會花這些時間來寫這個評論。截圖是一些通話記錄，時間一點不差，全能對的上。酒店的通話記錄沒辦法調出來。日喀則的電話是餐廳人員的，畢竟是私人號碼，我還是打個碼吧。後面是打給洲際總部的，上恩磨料是洲際客户關懷的電話。全部真實，希望能幫助到一些人避雷吧。
